Our experience with CareCo was a helpful and professional one. From the personal showroom care by everyone, and especially Helen, (Cheltenham) through to the delivery of dad’s scooter. Delivery by Rick was professional and caring. Rick’s clear and helpful instructions ensured dad was ready and safe in regaining some of his much wanted independence again as he excitedly took ownership of his scooter.

Phil and Justin were very efficient, kind and cheerful on such a miserable rainy morning. Very quick and without effort they removed my old chair, and replaced it with my lovely new chair. The handset was explained to me, and demo given, advice given about casters for chair also given. Thank you guys, now all snuggled up in my lovely new chair.

Second purchase from Blaydon store served by Lisa both times took time to show full range of scooters chairs available and very patient gave us time to make sure of our choice,no pressure. Paid for chair bought some arm covers and cleaning kit for chair and delivery by engineer all arranged at visit. Delivery day received a call from engineer's Dave and Kash when 40 minute away delivery was very professional chair was placed where we requested all packing was removed delivery instructions left and all controls explained and demonstrated before signing for chair.lisa ,Dave and Kash all a credit to your company.

We ordered my mobility scooter from your Lancing shop. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, especially Piers who served us. The scooter was delivered this morning by Sonny who was on time and very helpful. Although I haven’t been out on my scooter yet, I am extremely pleased with it and look forward to regaining some freedom.

My first experience with CareCo was when visiting their showroom a few weeks ago. It was a totally different experience to my visit to their main competitors and has cemented my choice of suppliers. I visited their showroom twice before deciding on the type and style of riser / recliner chair and the staff on both occasions could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of delivery I was pleasantly surprised to see it was delivered in two specially made carry bags and assembled inside the house. Once assembled, it was maneuvered to the desired locations and I was given detailed instruction on the use of the chair. I could not have asked for more from the delivery guys. Since using it for a few days I have become very comfortable with the chair and am delighted with the features.

This is my first purchase from careco and my first (and hopefully last) riser recliner. We visited our local showroom after visiting the website to test the chairs out and Natasha was there to greet us and help us with all our needs. We went away to think then called up the showroom to place the order and within 2 weeks the chair was delivered. It meets all my expectations. The delivery team were very friendly and patient. The chair itself is of excellent quality and value. Would highly recommend.

Phil and Justin came to deliver my riser recliner this morning. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and they had already been informed about my flat being on the 3rd floor. They were friendly, asked my name and told me their names. They were careful with the chair and with my property and made sure I knew how to work everything before they left. They took all the rubbish away with them. I was very happy with their service.

I've just had my new scooter and a bath lift delivered 5.11.25 Paddy and Paul were the delivery men ...they were very helpful and pleasant explaining everything to me put the bath lift in and showed me what to do and my new scooter ..cleaned up took all rubbish away ...Can't wait to get out and have a bath now ...great service from the girls in the office to the delivery..excellent
