Delivery arrived on time and both Bailey & Sonny set up the chair for the remote control & demonstrated the joystick controls etc. very pleased with the overall quality of the chair. Hasn’t been use as yet but over the next few days will test run to see if it’s any good!

Purchased for my elderly mother from the Coventry store. The advisor Mariam was very helpful and patient. The scooter was delivered today as agreed and fully explained by the delivery team. I was kept upto date via email on everything. Very happy with the service.

Grey plaid Blenheim Dual motor riser, ordered for my elderly Mum. She is really happy with it and it is far superior to her previous one. The back support is firm but not too firm. Easy to use controls and the rise function is excellent as she has been struggling to get up and down now to being frail. My older sister has her eye on one now as well! Delivery was simple and efficient with friendly delivery staff Paul and Sahib who went through the controls etc.

Tim and Paul, the CareCo delivery team, installed the riser/recliner quickly and explained its operation. Everything seems to be working well so far. Good job

I’ve bought a two seater sofa and two matching petite armchairs. Delivery men (Paul & Sul) called 20 minutes before arrival, were courteous and pleasant. Sofas were put together and arranged exactly as I wanted, the paperwork was explained and all rubbish removed. Very happy with my purchase as they are comfortable, it’s easy to get up from them and they look great.

I need to call out managed delivery guys Paul & Paddy who let me know when they were coming and arrived as indicated. Installing the riser/recliner was no trouble for them even though they had to work around stairs and narrow doorways. They set it up, demonstrated how it worked and cleared everything away in no time at all. There was no inconvenience and they were both courteous and efficient and wonderful ambassadors for CareCo.

Visit to store was a pleasant experience,Polly the assistant, was extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble,she made certain that the scooter was suitable for my needs.She is a good ambassador for the company. Furthermore, every body I had contact with,were courteous and helpful, Including the person who delivered the goods and set them up.All were a credit to Careco.I would have no hesitation in recommending any interesting parties to visit your store at Tunstall Trade Park.

from start to finish whilst ordering the new chair the sales person we spoke to Alfie Adam’s was very helpful in placing the order it only took about 3 weeks for the chair to arrive the 2 engineers who came to install the new chair were fantastic very helpful in demonstrating how the chair works we also had a friendly conversation with them as well the product is very good we also took out the 5yr warranty on the new chair as well which gives my mam peace of mind so if anything goes wrong with the chair they’ll come out straight away to fix it and if it wasn’t fixable they’ll replace it no problem

Easy process from initial phone call to ordering and delivery and set up of riser recliner. Felt listened to and well advised without any pressure put on me. Tim and Paul delivered the chair and set it up and explained everything we needed to know.

My recliner chair was installed by two very professional, friendly technicians. Clark and James explained all I needed to know about my new chair in a clear and friendly manner. They made sure I was comfortable before clearing all the plastic wrapping away and leaving me very happy with my purchase. Clark and James are a very valuable asset to the CareCo company.

Jason & Stuart delivered my recliner chair today. They were very helpful in assembling the chair & putting it jn just the right place. They explained about the controls & made sure I was completely happy before they left. I would certainly recommend both men & the company to any one thinking to buy.

Ordered a recliner on 16th Oct. I was kept informed along the way about delivery, etc. Two super chaps, Bailey and Ross, delivered my order and gave a clear demonstration of the working mechanics of the chair. Really pleasant and helpful guys, and they even listened to me babble on about some of my artwork! Also impressed that they actually found me; my flat can be tricky to find, but these guys nailed it. Very happy all round with ease of ordering, delivery and installation!

They were very good, arrived on time, and took great care bringing the chair into the house. They assembled the chair very quickly, put it in place. In a word, they were excellent.

All staff members were very helpful and pleasant, from the showroom staff to the delivery staff. Slight problem with delivery as the sofa would not fit through the door. This issue was resolved quickly and efficiently by Paul & Sahib. Excellent service

I visited the showroom in Hawley and was impressed by how quickly the salesman found two chairs that he thought would suit me best - and one was their cheapest chair. There was no pressure to buy, but I was happy to place an order. Delivery was arranged within a fortnight and the fitters worked quickly and efficiently to set up my new chair and to ensure understood how it works. The people I have dealt with have made it a pleasure to buy from them, and I am not surprised to have overheard a customer in the shop say he had come back to buy more equipment after the excellent service he had previously received. I would highly recommend CareCo.

When we visited the Care Co Showroom in Exeter, the salesperson, Lesley, was very efficient and very patient with us. Demonstrating all the different recliner chairs. The after-sales delivery was very prompt and professional. The delivery team were very polite, efficient and thorough, assembling and demonstrating all 4 chairs working and explaining the controls in detail.

Saw Jason in the showroom. He was very helpful and did not pressure us in any way. Carefully explained everything we wanted to know. Scooter and other items arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately, there was a problem reassembling the scooter rear. Went back to the showroom and Albert checked it out, and advised that, unfortunately, there was a problem and pointed us to the number to contact. We rang and were dealt with politely and efficiently. An engineer brought a pre-assembled replacement scooter and checked the original. He confirmed that, unfortunately, there was a fault and was able to leave the replacement. He went through the assembly process with me, making sure I was happy with it. He took away the faulty scooter along with all the original packaging. Overall, a fantastic service. We are so pleased that we are taking my mother-in-law to get one also this weekend.

The chair arrived earlier than expected. Delivery men were excellent and very helpful. They set up my new chair and went through the directions on how to use it. They showed fantastic manners and were very helpful and pleasant throughout the delivery time. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone 100%. Thank you for a beautiful service

My Mobility Scooter from CareCo was delivered on time and by two very helpful delivery men, Alex & Ahmed. They explained everything in detail and adjusted the scooter to my needs. I am very pleased with the service. I was kept up to date about my delivery and was contacted on the day, giving me an arrival time. The scooter looks great, and I am looking forward to my first ride once it has been charged up.

The purchase was easy from beginning to end. The website is clear and easy to follow and customer service very good. I took delivery of the Riser recliner from the Burlington/Hudson range. Firstly, it’s always a difficult decision when you are in the showroom to choose a fabric from such a small sample piece, but I chose the amble pebble and it’s a perfect neutral. The delivery guys, Paul & Sahib, were very friendly and extremely helpful. They even moved an existing chair out of the way into the garage for me, which was above and beyond. Paul then explained all the controls very clearly. A 5-star service by a great company who have been very helpful throughout the process.

We received my husbands chair today, great lads ross and bailey very friendly and helpful and polite. They went above there job, well done lads really lovely meeting you 😀
