This is by far the best company I have dealt with. From start to finish, they have been very cooperative and gave good advice. By mutual agreement, the job was brought forward 3 weeks. The full squad attended, and all 9 windows were replaced in one day. All the workmen were very polite, and the finished article was first class. Many thanks.

I had all my window and doors including the conservatory replaced by Carrolls - the work was carried out as planned between 8th and 10th of July. From the quote straight through to installation I received excellent customer care and communication - I am absolutely delighted with the workmanship and the quality of all the products - the installation team arrived on time and were very friendly professional and made sure everything was left tidy throughout the three days - I am so pleased I went with Carrolls, the cost of the project I feel was a great investment - an issue with one widow was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction - I would definitely recommend this company in fact I already have to friends and family - overall a first class company giving a first class service

I have used Carroll's Window and Door solutions on two occasions. After fitting a new front door which I was delighted with, the company were the obvious choice when replacement windows were required. I was impressed from the beginning of the process from the initial contact with the company, the two visits from Phil the surveyor and the fitters who completed both jobs to an extremely high standard. Everyone was courteous and very considerate of my property both in preparation and completion of the job. All materials were removed at the end of the installation and each room was hoovered. The job was completed in one working day. This company is well managed and very experienced. They instilled confidence that I would have a quality product and I have certainly not been disappointed. What work did they do? Carroll’s Window & Door Solutions Ltd installed a new composite front door and replaced three glazing units at our property. This included a window above the front door, which was fitted a few days later due to a slight supplier delay. The quality of the installation was excellent, and the end result has noticeably improved the appearance, insulation, and security of our home. Was it done to the agreed schedule and budget? Yes, completely. The main installation took place between 21 and 25 March 2025, and the outstanding window was fitted shortly after it arrived. Everything was completed within the agreed timescale and budget, with no hidden costs or last-minute surprises. Their reliability and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress-free. How did they stand out? From the first point of contact, Carroll’s made a great impression. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Communication throughout the job was excellent—they kept us updated at each stage and were very responsive to any queries. From the very first contact with the surveyor who came to discuss our requirements and take measurements to the cheerful and efficient installation team who had the old windows out and new ones installed in a very short time, everyone we dealt with in the company was helpful, communicative and very obviously cared about the customer's experience. Having gathered quotes from several companies, we appreciated Carrolls' no sales pressure approach and were pleased to find the price quoted to be competitive. The company was recommended to me by a friend and I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to everyone I know who is replacing windows/doors.

This firm stood out from the outset compared to the other two firms I had invited to quote for the window installation. The Sales/Surveyor suggested options available to us that the others didn’t. Their submitted price was very competitive and came with an insurance backed guarantee. Communications were excellent throughout and the installation was completed professionally on the day. The door was supplied and fitted on time. Workmanship was great. Door with 2 side glass panels were fitted the job was tricky as levels for floor and top opening were not straight neither were walls! The fitters did a very tidy and clean job , were polite and Friendly. The door was a Rockdoor and is great quality.

The process from start to finish was very easy and stress free. The pricing was fair and reasonable first time round, no need to go back and forth with the usual 'let me speak to the manager' discount patter which was great! The installation was booked in very quickly given the time of year and the work was carried out expertly. I cannot fault this company at all, 10/10!

We have had positive experiences over 10 years ago with Paul and had them back again to fit the front PVC door recently. Went to the showroom to see the sample, had emails, phone calls communications, and surveys. All very professionally done and staffs were very polite and helpful. Job was done properly, arrived on time, went smoothly with the schedule and suited our budget. Any issues were resolved satisfactorily as well before we made the final payment.
