We recently got all the windows and doors replaced in our house and what a great investment it was. Paul and the team were easy to work with, and answered all of our many questions. When the work was being carried out, the teams were very tidy, putting down dust sheets and cleaning up after themselves. The installation was done to such a high standard. I am very impressed by the quality of all the windows and doors. It’s made such a difference to the aesthetics of our house. Would highly recommend Carroll's Window & Door Solutions Ltd.

Carrolls Windows and Doors has been great from start to finish. I got a quote for a door easily and when they visited me they were not pushy or trying to sell me extras. I got all the advice needed and then ordered my door. It didn't take long to fit my door and it was fitted to a very high standard (time was take by the fitter to do so well). The communication was excellent throughout and I was very happy with the price. I would recommend this company to others and I will definitely use them again.

Had full bedroom unit replaced as well as numerous double glazed panes where moisture had gathered between. Paul Carroll was professional to deal with throughout. Quick to respond and quotes were detailed and straightforward to make sense of. The window fitters were pleasant, friendly, respectful and very tidy. All through the process from survey to installation the work was carried out in a very professional way by Paul’s team. From start to finish an excellent company to deal with. They started and finished on the agreed schedule prior to installation of doors and windows.The team turned up on time every day and basically got on the the tasks scheduled for that day. the finishings were to a very high standard and they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves they obviously take pride in their work. Paul’s team had already fitted windows and doors to our house previously and they were the only organisation we considered when we were looking to change our conservatory roof and windows and creating a garden room. Just had my windows and doors done by this company. What can I say a great service from start to Finnish! I had originally got them out to see if 2 windows could be fixed then asked if they could quote me for everything, nothing was a problem for them and I did not get pressured into buying anything unnecessary. The guys who came to fit them worked non stop! And were a great bunch of guys, polite, respectful and very hard working! Not one bit of mess was left, considering the huge job they had! All done in one day as well! I'm over the moon with the difference.I highly recommend this company.

We had booked with Carroll's to replace our front and back doors. They came round and were really attentive and informative, in helping us to choose the best doors for our house. Once chosen, gave us an instal date but then contacted us to say that they had had a cancellation and could bring forward if we wished. On the dy, the guys arrived on time and worked really quickly and efficiently to install the doors. on completion, they tidied up completely to the extent taht you would never have know they had been. then took the time to talk us through all the mechanisms to make sure we were happy with what what had been done. Would definitley recommend carroll's if anyone is looking for replacement doors.

From design to completion all work was carried out to a very high standard using quality materials. All tradesmen were friendly, punctual and tidy, with an eye for detail. The two workmen who installed the doors and the window, as well as the workman who came at the beginning and took the initial measurements, were all very professional and polite. The work was done to a very high standard, and the house was tidy when they left as well. I was given the number of this company by a neighbour, after having asked and tried several companies which had let me down. I contacted them originally to reseal the outside of my living room window as I had water infiltration. I had contacted my house insurance who had sent a surveyor to check the damage and had concluded it was a joiner's job. My experience from my initial call to Carroll's Window to the completion of the job has been nothing but exceptional. They have been friendly and very professional every step of the way. When the surveyor came to check the windows to be resealed, I asked if they did work on windows with condensation and other repairs, replacing the timber window boards in 2 areas, replacing the hinge of one window and the front door gasket. The surveyor came over 2 days after my phone call and I received the quote 4 days later. I was impressed by the details and that what I had asked for was captured. There was only 1 window pane with condensation not recorded and the surveyor came back straight away to take the dimensions. I was informed of the next steps, ordering the materials and I would hear back within 4 weeks, I did. Two tradesmen came on Wednesday 17th April to do the jobs and they were very friendly and so professional. I can tell that they take pride in their work and they cleaned after they finished. I am over the moon with the repairs and how good everything looks. I am so happy. I wish I had contacted them sooner to fix the issues.

As above, the work was done with care and with great attention to detail. I cannot fault the work in any way. The 2 men, Alan and Brian just got on with it. The finish is exquisite. They cleaned the path outside and vacuumed inside to such a standard I did not have to do a thing. The quality of both the product and of the workmen is fantastic. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

After much research, decided on a Rockdoor for the front of the house. Rockdoor provided list of accredited installers. Carrolls windows and doors were the most competitive estimated price. Paul was in touch and a survey was done and price was confirmed. Four weeks later door was installed. Workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. We are delighted with the finished job. The installers were professional, efficient and tidy. Paul was in touch all through the process and we would thoroughly recommend using Carrolls.

Work was carried out to a high standard. Installers were friendly and helpful, and made sure we understood how everything worked. The finish was superb. They left the work areas extremely clean and tidy. Very pleased with the work done.

Having already had all my windows, front door and a stable back door installed at my home by Carroll's beautifully, I had no hesitation in recommending them to my church to install new doors and surrounding glass panels. The church felt the price was good value for money. The work was completed beautifully. The workers cleaned up well as they had done in my house and everyone who has seen the doors, thinks they look fabulous, including myself. Getting the text to say they would be coming out to fit the doors on 8/2/2024, was an answer to prayer as we are having a big celebration this Sunday 11/2/2024, with outside guests who will now be welcomed through a beautiful new door rather than one with cellophane covered, cracked panes.

I contacted McCarroll's on 9th January to get a quote for a new front door, I received a quick response and a visit was arrange for next day to attend to see me. I was very happy with service I received from Phil the surveyor who was very knowledgeable and helped me with my choice. Quote was received later that day and I accepted. I was told it would 5-6 weeks until door was built and fitted. I was happy and surprised when I received a phone call to arrange the fitting of my new door after 3 weeks from when I accepted the quote. The work was done and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I cant thank Paul and his team enough for the quick and stress free process. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a new door.

First class service from start to finish. Workmanship cannot be faulted. Great communication with company. First class workmen who were polite helpful and left everything clean and tidy when they finished job. Paul was very friendly and helpful with advice about new windows and blinds. Phil the sales rep was also a great help in advising what type of Windows would be best for us. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever was placed on us to buy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing windows or doors renewed.

I purchased my Rockdoor from Carroll’s because of the excellent customer service workmanship and professionalism of this company. I contacted Paul Carroll on a Saturday afternoon at the beginning of November along with other suppliers recommended by Rockdoor. Paul responded almost immediately to advise he would provide a quote on the Monday when the office was open. This quote arrived promptly on the Monday. I received three other quotes but Carroll’s outshone the others with the professional way it was produced and the speed of delivery. A surveyor visit was arranged and he arrived at the agreed time to take measurements. Phil is an asset to the company answering my questions of which there were many and assuring me I’d made an excellent choice of door. He advised if I chose to go ahead the lead time for the door would be around four weeks. The detailed quote arrived the next day from Nick in the office and I chose to proceed. Just short of four weeks my door was fitted by Brian and Alan who arrived promptly at the given time. They did a fantastic job and were neat and tidy workers. It is always difficult to choose a company when you have had no recommendations or evidence of their work apart from some social media pictures. I followed my instincts on this one and can only say I absolutely made the right choice. Would I recommend Carroll’s or use them again? I most definitely would. Paul and his staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and are true professionals.

Delighted with our new front door, really good quality door and expertly fitted. Contacted them about a new door, explained what we were looking for and Paul sent out various options & styles for us to look at. Appointment made to visit to measure up and check we were happy with the style, colour etc of the door. A quote is sent out in a few days and from there it’s an easy smooth process to get your door fitted within a reasonable timescale. Very happy with all aspects from ordering to having the door installed .
