Recently replaced my velux window and the whole process was very quick from quote to installation. Very fair price. Friendly workers who were very professional and ensured that they didn’t leave a mess. Good company to deal with.

The fitters were fantastic fitted my front door without leaving any mess. They explained how the locks worked. And it was all done within the scheduled time great job

I looked at a few window suppliers and installers over the last year. Varying prices provided. However I wanted to keep it local. Contacted Paul and his company came out quickly to quote and measure up. Received the quote quickly from them. I paid the deposit and it was only about 3 weeks till installation. The install took 2 days due to number of windows, but the team of installers were great. Quality is perfect. The team also ensured that they cleaned up after themselves. Would happily recommend on price, quality and workmanship. Thanks

I had 6 windows and a rock door fitted over two days by Carroll’s windows recently. I have used this company before and once again I was not disappointed. The service is fantastic the quality of the work could not be faulted. The staff are professional, hard working and the standard of installation was excellent. The door and windows are perfect. I am so glad I choose this company to install my door and windows. I can not recommend this company enough. I would not hesitate to use them again.

First class company amazing service from start to finish great price and value for money fitters Ian and Norbert were polite and very officiant on time completed the job cleaned up you wouldn’t know they were here I highly recommend this company if you want a first class job from a great company you should give them a call I will definitely be using again and will be telling all my friends .

I found them to be quick, tidy and efficient. Normally I have to clean up so much mess after work in the house but they even brought their own hoover. Very impressed and a big team working quickly to get the job done to a good standard.

I saw various recommendations for Carroll’s Window & Door Solutions when I was looking to get replacement doors. I called and Paul arranged to visit me. He asked me lots of questions about what I preferred the look to be, and did a full measurement at his visit. The quote came through a few days later and we were happy to place the order. Less than 4 weeks later, and the guys came out today to fit my new doors. They were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They left the place tidy and removed all the packaging etc. The doors look fantastic! I was given excellent customer service throughout and I am more than happy to give this company 5 stars.

Needed to replace some external doors and window repairs following a poor service from another company. From start to finish the communication, service and products were brilliant. Brian and Norbert fitted our doors and window. The attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. They both left the place really tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done. I will certainly use them again in the future.

We contacted Carroll’s to have a new door installed at our daughter’s house. We chose Carroll’s as it was a Which? Trusted Traders and the reviews were very positive. We were very pleased with all of the dealings we had with the company. Nick was very friendly and helpful from first contact to completion of the work. The surveyor, Phil, was very informative and provided us with all the details we needed. On the day of installation the two fitters, Ian and Robbie, were both friendly, polite and hard working. They carried out the work efficiently and thoroughly and ensured everything was left tidy. We were delighted as was our daughter with the end result.

We needed to replace the locking system in a door that had been in place for at least twenty five years. It was replaced with a new lock and door handles and everything is working perfectly again. No issues at all, tidy work and very pleasant staff

I have just had a new window installed in my bedroom. The service, from quote to installation was great. Paul was really helpful and quick to respond. I received a few quotes but went with Carroll’s due to a positive experience last year after getting a few windows. There was very minor cosmetic issues that they fixed without hesitation on the windows from last year so I was confident in choosing the company again. I’d highly recommend

A fantastic company to deal with. Had doors replaced last year and now windows. Phil who measured up is a pleasure to deal with and there is no hard sell just honest advice and a true understanding of what you need along with a very competitive price. The fitting team turned up on time and carried out the work well, leaving the house clean and tidy. Had a small fault with a windowsill but Paul rectified this quickly with no issue and again the fitter done a great job.

Just had my windows replaced by Carroll’s Windows & Doors and cannot fault their service from start to finish. Every care was taken during the fitting of the windows by the tradesmen to ensure there was no mess left behind once they had finished the job. We had an issue with one of the windows not opening but a quick call to Paul got the window sorted the very next day so their aftercare service cannot be faulted either and with a 10 year guarantee you can’t go wrong really if you do decide to use this Company. I have already recommended Carroll’s Windows to one of my neighbours who is considering having their windows replaced.

Competitively priced, with quality workmanship and materials. Very pleased with the finishing and care taken. When additional problems with the property were revealed during installation (roofing issue) Paul presented me with the solution and was able to have a repair done immediately. Ordering process, invoicing and guarantee information all clear and concise. Overall I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them.
