I have just had a new window installed in my bedroom. The service, from quote to installation was great. Paul was really helpful and quick to respond. I received a few quotes but went with Carroll’s due to a positive experience last year after getting a few windows. There was very minor cosmetic issues that they fixed without hesitation on the windows from last year so I was confident in choosing the company again. I’d highly recommend

A fantastic company to deal with. Had doors replaced last year and now windows. Phil who measured up is a pleasure to deal with and there is no hard sell just honest advice and a true understanding of what you need along with a very competitive price. The fitting team turned up on time and carried out the work well, leaving the house clean and tidy. Had a small fault with a windowsill but Paul rectified this quickly with no issue and again the fitter done a great job.

Just had my windows replaced by Carroll’s Windows & Doors and cannot fault their service from start to finish. Every care was taken during the fitting of the windows by the tradesmen to ensure there was no mess left behind once they had finished the job. We had an issue with one of the windows not opening but a quick call to Paul got the window sorted the very next day so their aftercare service cannot be faulted either and with a 10 year guarantee you can’t go wrong really if you do decide to use this Company. I have already recommended Carroll’s Windows to one of my neighbours who is considering having their windows replaced.

New windows and doors installed at a tenanted property undergoing refurbishment. From the very beginning, communications were excellent. Easily contactable, with prompt responses, providing additional reassurance and guidance. This immediately raised them above the bar in terms of choosing a company. Competitively priced, with quality workmanship and materials. Very pleased with the finishing and care taken. When additional problems with the property were revealed during installation (roofing issue) Paul presented me with the solution and was able to have a repair done immediately. Ordering process, invoicing and guarantee information all clear and concise. Overall I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them.

New front door Installed and repair to French Doors. The whole process was seamless and all the work carried out was to a very high standard. Great advice from the surveyor who visited initially. Plenty of doors to choose from and no high pressured sales pitch. Just friendly and professional with competitive prices. On the day the whole job was done in a few hours with no mess at all. The installers were great as were the whole team at Carroll's Window and Door Solutions. A great company to deal with and we were also very happy that they will carry out any repairs to existing windows and doors with no problem. PC Carroll designed and built a conservatory of 14 m2 at the rear of our property in East Kilbride. The extension has brick dwarf walls to 600m, with glazing to roof level. The roof is tiled with roof lights. Internally the walls are plaster boarded and skim coated with a heating and lighting provision. The works were undertaken to the very highest standards. Care was taken at each stage to ensure the building looked well and performed to the standards identified - from foundation and slab through to roof tiling and internal finishing. The works were completed to schedule and to the agreed cost plan. Some additions were instructed and priced as the work progressed. Paul Carroll controlled the project personally, ensuring smooth progress at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending P C Carroll for works of the nature where their management and resource are first class.

Carroll’s surveyor came out and identified what windows needed replaced and what windows needed attention. We were then given a quote then a date when job could be done. The work was carried out very professionally by the team of installers. All in all we were very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend the company.

We sought out a few suppliers for new windows, outside doors and conservatory work. Carroll’s were by far the best value for money on paper, and now that the work is complete, I can safely say this is the case for the work too. We had great advice from the company on options, and the company even advised us of options that weren’t the most expensive but had great reputations (such as doors). We then got our installation date, and work was complete in less than two days to a fantastic standard. Not a drop of mess from the team, team had great chat and ensured we were kept up to date on progress. On completion, the work has completely transformed our house. Thank you.

Carrolls replaced the roof, glass and guttering of our conservatory. They provided a breakdown of costs and the final amount was what I paid. The surveyor was really helpful and provided clear advice on our options. The fitting team was mindful of our privacy and worked methodically over the 2 days to complete the job. They also dealt with any debris and cleaned the working areas. I am more than happy with the products and workmanship Carrolls provided. I have already commissioned them to replace the other windows in my home.

Job was completed to a very high standard and on schedule. The three installers were very hard workers and efficient and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Very pleasant and courteous young men. I am delighted with the workmanship and finished article. A highly professional company which I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant job done by all the men. Men new exactly what they were doing and so nice every time my family spoke to them. I will be recommending them to my friends. Can’t recommend Carroll’s windows highly enough from start to finish. Had all windows and front door replaced in-house and the team arrived promptly on the day as expected and worked till the job was complete. A team of six workers and were all professional and courteous and their standard of work was second to none even down to clearing up after the job was done. The finishing of their work is to a high standard and the windows and door look fabulous. I couldn’t find fault with anything they did. Would highly recommend.

Full house windows installed and 2 doors. From quote to completion, excellent service. Surveyor arrived, very polite and friendly. Spent time explaining what would be done should we wish to go ahead with the works, no sales pitch which was refreshing. Agreed to have works carried out on receipt of quotation. The team of fitters arrived on agreed date and time. Very polite and friendly. Carpets covered in all rooms. Minimal disruption, just got on with the job. High quality workmanship, so pleased with the job. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had work done on our conservatory roof and house roof all of which was first class. The workers were excellent civil polite and knew exactly what they were doing. I had a front door fitted after ours decided it would no longer open. Due to a cancellation, the door was fitted 2 days earlier than expected which was brilliant timing for us. Brian turned up when he said he would said he didn't need anything and proceeded to get on with fitting the door. The door took about 2 hours to fit and I honestly wouldn't even have known Brian was in the house. The next time I saw him I had a lovely new front door. The fitting was quick, professional and completely hassle free. I'd proceeded a few doors prior to purchasing from Carrolls. Nick came out to measure and talk us through pricing (which was really reasonable compared with competitors). I'm delighted with the quality of service from start to finish
