The team of engineers from Ceiba renewables are professionals. Simon and Mark did excellent job installing the Tesla power wall battery .They explained the whole process before and after installation and everything neatly done. They know their onions. Will recommend. Also starting from placing order Duncan ,Gemma, Romina and Farisa are all amazing .

We hadn't heard of Ceiba before considering Solar and battery storage. However, Duncan proved to be highly knowledgeable in all of the technical aspects of the product, much moreso than other 'sales' people from other companies. The panels, microinverters and Tesla battery supplied by Ceiba are of higher quality and spec. than other companies which obviously make the price more expensive but we believe you get what you pay for. The installation process was fully explained to us by Duncan and we accepted that the battery installation would be delayed due to supply and demand issues with Tesla. Communication was excellent via Romina regarding the actual installation dates and we are delighted with the operation, performance and aesthetics of the panels on our roof.

Stage 2 of Solar PV system, and it was time for the battery installation. Having used Ceiba for the Solar panel installation I was more than happy to have them return to install the battery. Their Project Manager, Romina, contacted me about a week beforehand just to reconfirm that the date and time still suited me and to give me an expected time of arrival for the team. And as per the confirmation, the team, Simon, turned up as agreed. Prior to starting they chatted through what their plan was for the installation, explained that there would be a short power outage when they came to connect everything together and would give me plenty notice. Sometimes its just these little things that can make all the difference. The installation went smoothly and at each stage of the install Simon cleaned up as he went and when finished made sure I was happy with the installation. Simon then talked me through the intricacies of the install and ensured that I had all the information I needed to manage the system (App installed on phone, logged in and working correctly). When I am ready for Stage 3 I will definitely be using Ceiba Renewables.

It was a pleasure having this company install panels and a power wall. Everyone with whom we had contact was friendly and helpful and the installation was carried out exactly as promised. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and their work.

What a brilliant experience from start to finish. East step was explained to us throughout the process from planning to installation. Very neat work and no mess to clear up. Very knowledgeable about the Powerwall. App shown to us and explained how to use. Would certainly recommend this company.

Ceiba lived up to their excellent reputation from start to finish. Duncan is an expert in the field and provided great advice at the planning stage. Supplier delays meant a long wait for the installation, but Ceiba were completely honest and open about the issues which was much appreciated. I have heard many stories of companies squeezing customers by increasing the cost, but Ceiba honoured their original quote despite rising costs. Trying to install solar panels in winter on our island location gave Project Manager Romina endless headaches with cancelled ferries, fully booked hotels and so on, but she worked tirelessly to keep everything on track. The roofing team did an excellent job in horrible weather, rather them than me! When the Tesla Powerwall and the other equipment finally arrived Simon & Andrew did a superb job, working round all the challenges, fuelled only by tea and scones. They were very tidy and took time to make sure we had all the relevant apps set up and knew how to work everything. Overall it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone at Ceiba, the system we have has exceeded our expectations in terms of power generated. I can see why they have won numerous awards, I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so

Having researched what solar panels I wanted I found Ceiba Renewables who covered my area and came highly recommended. The demand for them was high but they managed my expectations of the timing of service delivery from the outset. The panels were installed before the power wall due to supply difficulties. They did an excellent job with no wiring down external walls, crawling about in the loft to make a very neat job. They also upgraded the safety of my electricity supply. The power wall has just been installed and all the account set-up for the app is done by Ceiba so that has simplified everything for me. Another neat job. With both installations, I got a good briefing on what had been done, how to operate the electrics associated with it safely and how to manage it via the app. They have been most helpful with advice and documentation and the crucial thing is that the price quoted is the price charged.

What a great experience working with Ceiba Renewables has been. From design to installation and handover first class. Tesla gateway and powerwall installation associated wiring is to the highest standard with many thanks to Simon. As a senior offshore commissioning engineer myself I am fully satisfied with the total process and would strongly recommend Ceiba renewables. I hope to use Ceiba Renewables again in the future to install additional solar panels. Duncan and staff many thanks, 5 star performance.

Communication was excellent from day one with regular updates. They were open and honest and managed expectations re install dates. Simon discussed all aspects of the install and even saved money from the original quote by suggesting i could switch to the standard Enphase gateway as the energy monitoring would be done by the Tesla gateway once the powerwall was installed. He also sorted out my untidy and potentially dangerous EV charger install. That's proper service and not someone there just doing a job but taking pride in their work and a genuine interest in their customer. A few weeks after install, a couple of panels failed due to a firmware issue with the built in microinverters (sunpower maxeon panels with enphase microinverters). This was resolved without issue and replacements were ordered and installed quickly. I initially contacted a few providers for quotes and while, on paper, Ceiba may not have been the cheapest, it is important to look at exactly what you are getting for your money and compare like for like. Not all panels and batteries are equal and so I was very happy with the overall cost of my system particularly factoring in the service received and the peace of mind afforded by the lengthy warranties. Every member of the team was friendly and professional. From the sales consultant/planner, admin team, scaffolders and electricians. I was delighted with every apsect and would have no hesitation recommending Ceiba to anyone.

Duncan and the Ceiba Renewable team were professional from the outset. Duncan provided clear information for the sizing rationale and planning permissions and overall process. His support team did a great job of keeping us informed of delivery dates and introduced us to Alastair who completed the groundworks (we have a ground-mounted array) as we couldn't find a suitable local supplier. Duncan quickly responded to identifying alternative panels when it became clear the supply of the original panels could be problematic. Simon and the electrical installation team were very professional and very tidy, checking with us any queries beforehand. We were very confident to leave them to it when we had a family crisis that fell over our installation period, and we were not able to be at the house for most of the time. We are very pleased with our ground array and Tesla Powerwall.
