Excellent work and a very professional team. Communication with the company was very straight forward with a lot of expertise and good selections of options. Duncan helps us to arrange the battery delivery and match the system to existing solar panels and inverters. The installation process happened shortly earlier than it was initially anticipated in current circumstances. Ceiba informed us of all the details well in advance. The installation team (Chris) performed all the process tidy and in perfect order. We definitely would recommend Ceiba Renewables for all types of electric and solar solution.

Ceiba have installed our 5.85kW Solar PV system and Powerwall. The installation experience has been exceptional from start to finish. A friendly and enthusiastic team of professionals has done an excellent job with first class quality of work! For some of the installation cabling they decided on more difficult options requiring more work, to ensure a neater and more aesthetically pleasing finish - that was pretty amazing! After each day our house was left immaculate. The interaction with Ceiba from start to finish has been a pleasure. Duncan gave completely impartial advice on the pros and cons of the different possibilities without ever promoting one over another. The customer service support from Lucy was faultless. Chris and Peter did an excellent job on the roof panels. The electrical and Powerwall installation by Simon and Chris is textbook-neat, and the explanation of the system was detailed and easy to follow. Our experience of Ceiba Renewables is that of an excellent company across the board. They believe in what they do in the renewables industry, and that comes across in their work. A friendly team who individually and collectively take great pride in doing a great job. We 100% recommend them and they deserve every success!

Great company with professional service throughout. Duncan is a very knowledgeable expert in solar energy and gave us great advice on what system would be best for us. He kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process. The installation team (Chris and Simon) and the roofers (Chris and Peter) did a fabulous tidy job and went above and beyond. We decided that the time was right to invest in a solar PV system with a battery back up, several quotes were obtained and I must admit to being perplexed at the variety of systems and advice. Duncan at Ceiba was on holiday when I made contact however Lucy sent me a questionaire to complete with the promise that Duncan would come back to me on his return. After speaking with some of the other installers I had quotes from, they seemed to be less inclined to go into detail and help me understand what I was buying. I then received a quote from Ceiba with proposed panel siting and numerous technical details followed up with a detailed discussion in my home with Duncan. Although his quote was at the top end of all the quotes and my budget, the attention to detail and professionalism showed to my case gave me a very good feeling. After a brief period of negotiation we agreed on a scope of work and a final price. We were kept up to date with proposed installation dates and even managed to jump the queue due to a cancellation (virus related). The guys appeared on time and did exactly what was agreed, the installation of the panels was completed on one day, thanks guys, and the Powerwall took a day on either side of this. All the installers showed great professionalism and an ethos to do the right job for the client. Overall I cannot say it was the cheapest but when you stand back and look at the complete package I feel Ceiba offer tremendous value for money.

I picked this company from the tesla recommended supplier and installer. My first point of contact was Duncan himself i explained what i was wanting a tesla power wall and add extra 3.2 kW solar to my existing 4kw solar he was very helpful and understanding of what i was wanting he gave me two or three pricing ideas which suited me best explained to me what was involved and in Jan spoke to me a couple of days before to see if it was ok to install system Chris and boys turned up a couple of days and was fitted all working would recommend this company and would like to thank Lucy for her help with the paperwork side

Simon and Chris completed installing a Tesla Powerwall today. The whole job was really well planned and scheduled by Ceiba and perfectly executed by Simon and Chris. They are very competent and obviously enjoy working in the renewable sector.

Really pleased with both customer support and the installation by Ceiba. From the discussion of what we wanted & could do, to the installation and after install support they have been excellent.

My solar SMA inverter sadly failed after 7 years. I contacted Duncan and Simon from Ceiba who promptly attended and diagnosed that the unit had failed internally. Rather than just read obvious fault codes on the unit, they dug deeper carrying out a diagnosis of the inverter itself and further tests on power isolators and outputs from the panels themselves. Consequently an issue regarding an earth fault from the panels was identified and was eventually traced to a faulty cracked panel connector. A further faulty DC isolator (which had been incorrectly installed by the original contractor) was also identified and replaced. All aspects of the faults with the system were clearly explained along with required works and costings. Happily Ceiba conducted all relevant communications with SMA directly whilst on site and consequently were able to arrange a replacement inverter under warranty. The company provided good communication by E mail and telephone to arrange suitable work dates which on one occasion had to be altered due to a work commitment. On final installation of the replacement inverter by Simon, he kindly advised me of a Blue tooth feature on the unit which now enabled remote monitoring of the system, he even arranged for the software to be installed on our home computer!

We have had 2 Tesla Powerwalls fitted by Ceiba Renewables Ltd. Before the Job started, I spoke to Duncan on a few occasions by telephone and e-mail. So, he and his team were aware of how I wanted my installation carried out. At no time was there any issue with my questions. Asked and answered in a quick and professional manner. The day before the installation Duncan called and asked if it was still OK for the install. On the day of Installation Duncan and his team arrived on time. He introduced his team and we had an initial discussion of the job. The main works were carried out by Simon his electrician / Installation Engineer. Having been in charge of large-scale electrical installations offshore myself I asked Simon many questions and at no time did he fail to give me an answer. All his work was neat and tidy. They carried out the final testing and cleaned up all their workspace when complete. I can say they are truly a professional company with customer satisfaction as a priority. Lucy also merits a mention with her professionalism, who from the office, carried out all necessary paperwork. I have no hesitation in recommending Ceiba Renewables Ltd.

We built a house from scratch and Ceiba were one of the companies that never let us down at any point. They arrived when they said they would, well prepared, stayed until the job was complete and were a pleasure to deal with. The installation of Solar array and Tesla Powerwalls was carried out efficiently and the system has been very well designed for the needs of the house. This might just be me that is sad enough to notice this but the wiring and equipment installation in the plant room is an absolute work of art! Makes me happy every time I go down there :-)
