Ian was very friendly, responsive and patient when getting to the bottom of a lack of hot water / heating in my flat. Ian went above and beyond to get the issue resolved quickly and showed excellent attention to detail when double checking all was sorted before leaving. Ian and his trainee arrived as promised. They carried out a comprehensive investigation of our boiler, did repairs where possible, and gave advice for the future.

Cant phrase them enough! We had two plumbing emergency's within a short time and both times they came through for us. The first was just a few days before Christmas and another company installing our kitchen cut off, the gas, electric and water to our new boiler (chaps had installed boiler they did a fantastic job in an old and awkward house left no mess and were very professional ) Ian came out to help us and got the boiler back up and running - fixing all the damage that had happened- not the easiest time of year to get something like that fixed cannot thank him enough for coming to our recuse and getting it back working before Christmas . Then in the middle of us putting our flat on the market our stop clock started leaking - again we only had awkward time slots in which we could get it fixed and Ian came through again and got it sorted out quickly and smoothly without any fuss- it was a very stressful situation and both times they were absolutely brilliant and handled both jobs fantastically! Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd year Ian has serviced our gas boiler. Very thorough and meticulous in checking the system. Ian is punctual and a lovely chap. Highly recommended.

Our gas boiler was not working this morning, 25th November. I contacted CHAPS before 8.00am and received excellent advice by text and phone. The advice sorted the problem; I was told what to look out for over the next few days, and to contact CHAPS again if necessary. We use CHAPS for our annual boiler-service; so does my church, where the people are very happy with the visits and advice.

First used CHAPS for a new boiler install over 10 years ago and they've been my go to company in Edinburgh for any heating or plumbing issues ever since. This time it was just for the boiler's annual service. As always turned up on time, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend CHAPS.

CHAPS went out of their way to accommodate our need for a plumber when we could get no hot water and came after hours on a busy day. They were very efficient and friendly and explained exactly what the problem was. I will certainly use CHAPS again.
