I just wanted to send this letter to say a massive thank you to Henderson and his team in respect to the renovation of my kitchen which was completed end of March 2022. Henderson is 100% customer focused and trustworthy and honest. All the way through the project he kept me updated, he was on site and ensured everything was done accordingly, they cleaned up and ensured the place was spotless. They are all hard working reliable and so efficient. I would recommend Henderson to anybody that requires any renovation work. The amount of people that have commented on the workmanship and the quality of work that has been completed is a credit to Charles Henderson and the Team. I have had a couple of neighbours knock my door to see if they could see the kitchen and have already recommended yourselves. Once again thank you so much for all your assistance and support with this project.

CHC offers a very high level of competence in all areas relating to home construction and improvement, and in our case they delivered a first-class service and top quality workmanship. I recently engaged Charles Henderson Construction for a major refurbishment of a large 4-bedroom maisonette in Harlesden. Henderson and his team worked diligently and steadily throughout the 4-months, delivering a well-built and superbly finished product. Henderson is a master builder who will add great value to any building project. His knowledge of the industry is unrivalled, and his project management skills are superb. When you engage CHC you will not only get an excellent Contractor but a project manager (Henderson) who will look after your property and budget like it’s his own, from the design phase through to post-handover. The attention to detail and long-term view regarding quality and maintenance is something I was particularly impressed with. CHC work is covered by a 10-year structural warranty and Henderson has been quick to remedy any inevitable teething issues that arise post-construction. I have used many different builders over the years, and I must say Henderson has proven to be the most knowledgeable and professional by some measure. I would have no hesitation in using CHC again and recommending them to anyone embarking on a Construction project; big or small.

Henderson and his team have done a great job in rebuilding our kitchen. He is an experienced and honest builder and was able to advise us well. His team worked very hard and their standard of work was excellent. A few tiny ‘snags’ were swiftly sorted and the overall result we couldn’t be happier with. We had chimney breast removed, back wall of the house rebuilt, and a door cut through another wall, floor dug out and rebuilt, new ceiling, lighting etc. Security was well maintained and mess was kept to a minimum. Henderson himself visited the site every day and was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable at all times. We had separate kitchen fitter/designers, and they worked well together. From the outset we were impressed by Henderson’s approach - business like, professional and trustworthy. This was a big project for us which is why we turned to Which Trusted Traders - and we are so pleased we chose CHC. We plan further building work next year and will have no hesitation asking CHC to help us again. Thank you.

Henderson has done a couple of major home renovation projects for me, the latest being a major loft conversion. The work was of very impressive quality and done in good time. The stand-out quality with Henderson is that he is an honest man. He keeps his word. Having someone you can trust is a massive deal.

Mr Henderson was excellent at diagnosing the problem, and gave me the name of someone else who would be more appropriate and cheaper in fixing the leak in my roof. (Don was extremely good and effective) Mr Henderson was a very pleasant and honest man.

Cracking job, new downstairs bathroom with a huge shower, stunning floor to ceiling tiling and the new integrated kitchen is stunning. Perhaps as importantly, Henderson fully understood the needs to accommodate my fathers declining health, he has worked with occupational therapy so although this is suitable for wheelchair access it just looks like a high end bathroom and kitchen. The team worked to an extremely high standard, never upsetting the neighbours. Allowing workmen in to your home is a big commitment, we were very happy to leave this team to carry on with the work, it was easier on both sides to move out for a while, less stress too! Charles Henderson Construction completed a side return extension at my house in Richmond. The design and dedication was excellent. Henderson also gave suggestions to improve the living experience rather than just follow the architects design.

They constructed a large outside dwelling in the back garden. They demonstrated exceptional quality of work and the quality of materials sourced have been impressive but still cost-effective recommendations, this room can now be a multiple purpose room. Good standard professional project management, which incorporated our needs and wants at all time. We really benefited from their years of experience in the construction experience - which helped us with the design. We are really pleased with the very solid foundations and durability. Customer service and value placed on the 'customer experience' was great. They responded immediately to phone calls and emails which made the whole journey during the build a less stressful process for us. We would definitely use again and again if we need a construction company.

CHC project managed and undertook renovation work to our studio flat in Baywater. As is expected we were a little apprehensive when we first embarked on this project as it was our first time having any building or renovation work done. Right from the initial discussions Henderson made us feel at complete ease and guided us smoothly through the works. We never had to worry about anything as him and his team were always on hand to answer any queries and helped us design and delivered a renovated flat we absolutely love. The quality of the work is better than we ever expected, such a high quality finish not just in the products but quality of refurbishment, from the floors, paint to the fixtures.
