Henderson has done a couple of major home renovation projects for me, the latest being a major loft conversion. The work was of very impressive quality and done in good time. The stand-out quality with Henderson is that he is an honest man. He keeps his word. Having someone you can trust is a massive deal.

Mr Henderson was excellent at diagnosing the problem, and gave me the name of someone else who would be more appropriate and cheaper in fixing the leak in my roof. (Don was extremely good and effective) Mr Henderson was a very pleasant and honest man.

Cracking job, new downstairs bathroom with a huge shower, stunning floor to ceiling tiling and the new integrated kitchen is stunning. Perhaps as importantly, Henderson fully understood the needs to accommodate my fathers declining health, he has worked with occupational therapy so although this is suitable for wheelchair access it just looks like a high end bathroom and kitchen. The team worked to an extremely high standard, never upsetting the neighbours. Allowing workmen in to your home is a big commitment, we were very happy to leave this team to carry on with the work, it was easier on both sides to move out for a while, less stress too! More than happy to recommend Henderson and CHC

They constructed a large outside dwelling in the back garden. They demonstrated exceptional quality of work and the quality of materials sourced have been impressive but still cost-effective recommendations, this room can now be a multiple purpose room. Good standard professional project management, which incorporated our needs and wants at all time. We really benefited from their years of experience in the construction experience - which helped us with the design. We are really pleased with the very solid foundations and durability. Customer service and value placed on the 'customer experience' was great. They responded immediately to phone calls and emails which made the whole journey during the build a less stressful process for us. We would definitely use again and again if we need a construction company.

CHC project managed and undertook renovation work to our studio flat in Baywater. As is expected we were a little apprehensive when we first embarked on this project as it was our first time having any building or renovation work done. Right from the initial discussions Henderson made us feel at complete ease and guided us smoothly through the works. We never had to worry about anything as him and his team were always on hand to answer any queries and helped us design and delivered a renovated flat we absolutely love. The quality of the work is better than we ever expected, such a high quality finish not just in the products but quality of refurbishment, from the floors, paint to the fixtures. We are so delighted with the work. We would highly recommend Charles Henderson to anyone embarking on a building project as they delivered a first class service!

We are extremely happy with the new ground rear and side extension that Henderson has built for us. We selected CHCBuild via competitive tender using Which? Trusted Traders and it is inevitable that you feel apprehensive about undertaking a project like this without knowing the builder at first hand. From the initial contact and seeing a reference site we felt confident that Henderson would do a good job. This confidence was not misplaced. There was no cutting corners and we have an extension with a high quality finish that was immediately part of our home. Henderson was on-site frequently checking on progress and answering our queries. We always felt we knew exactly where we stood with him. We trusted his judgement on minor changes and improvements and the end result has borne out this trust. Highly recommended.

Rear Extension Kitchen and patio works. We are beyond happy with our amazing rear extension, it has transformed our living space and garden. Having building work can sometimes be stressful. Henderson has always been available, hardworking and very helpful. Henderson and his team, have carried out all the work, paying attention to all of our needs and wishes.
