This is the fourth time that my family and I have used Chigwell Bathroom Services. As always, Steve and team are a pleasure to have in the house. Steve project managed the entire bathroom refit on our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and the only thing I had to do was supply the tea and coffee! The team are polite, respectful and took the time to engage with my 4 year old when she was home. They left the house clean and tidy every day and Steve was always quick to respond to communications via text or phone. I would highly recommend CBS.

Again we have used Chigwell Bathroom Services for upgrading three bathrooms, Steve and his team arrived on time , made provisions to cover carpets and furniture before starting the work. As before an excellent job was carried out within the time frame and before they left hovered all the carpets and made sure the site was left in one hundred percent order. I can recommend this firm to carry out any bathroom installations, on time and quote very acceptable.

After a little research we found CBS via a recommendation from ‘Fayers’ Easy process from start to finish really. Our particular design/layout (of the bathroom) was met satisfactorily and Steve and his team worked their magic and made it a reality for us! We now have a beautiful bathroom and taking a shower is a pleasure in such harmonious surroundings. As a team, all of the tradesmen who worked on this project were very professional, friendly, polite and took the time to listen and provide suggestions, as and when required. Can’t fault their expertise and punctuality! And . . . . good fun in the process - it was a pleasure to make tea and offer biscuits for/to them. A personal “Thank You!” to: Steve, Dan, Ted, incredibly hardworking plasterers (and very efficient) Simon, George & Liam.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish of this work. Great guidance of options to consider, and clarity of when and how much. When the team discovered unexpected issues that added complications to getting the work done they resolved them with a cheery approach and kept us informed of solutions. They picked up a couple of small snagging issues quickly and well. I would thoroughly recommend Steven and his team. Delighted every day with our bathroom and en-suite!

Look no further! Chigwell Bathroom Services are the guys for you! Steve and his crew were brilliant in gutting my old bathroom and installing a new one: bath, tiles, sink, pipework, cupboards and electrics. I cannot praise them enough. They treated the house with care and attention, placing thick cling film on the stairs and landing to prevent stains, dust, etc. They even swept and mopped everything each evening before leaving. I must mention Dan, the tiler, he was excellent. All the seams and grouting were geometrically opposite on opposing walls, laid at 90 degree angles with aid of a clever laser device. In summary: truly great work with a professionally finish and very highly recommended!

I used Steve a few years ago to do a complete bathroom refurbishment. I wanted to make some changes to the layout so I used Steve and his team again. They have made a brilliant job of it and I'm very pleased with the result.

We cannot speak more highly of the Chigwell Bathroom Services. Steve and his team were great in completely refurbishing our ensuite bathroom. They are a most professional team and we are 100% satisfied. On arrival, the first day, they protected all our carpets with protective covering and each night everything was mopped and cleaned before they left. If you want a great and professional job we cannot recommend them more highly. We are very happy.

CBS have just refurbished our outdated 1980's bathroom and we are thrilled with the result. Steve and his team such a professional job and worked really hard to make certain that the end result was as we had envisaged. Each member of the team was pleasant to have around our home and at the end of the day our house was left neat and tidy. The work was completed exactly on schedule. Sue was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions, however trivial, and really helped to make sure every went as planned. CBS are a great team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! Steve and his team recently refitted my main bathroom and converted it into a shower room. The result is stunning with a great finish. Throughout the job the team have been 100% reliable, friendly and offered great advice allowing us to get the result we wanted with minimum fuss. It was a big job and could have been a mess but they also managed to clean-up every day so there was no unnecessary mess or upheaval. I'd highly recommend them. Thank you!

Steve and his team recently refurbished our en suite bathroom. They started by completely removing the existing bathroom and went on to install new fittings, storage units, wall tiles, floor tiles, and painting and fixing the accessories which left us with a lovely stylish, fresh, new bathroom. Just what we wanted! We were very happy with the way they worked, always patient and always ready to give helpful advice. By using an expert plasterer, tiler, plumber and electrician we felt we were getting the best possible service and were impressed with how the work progressed seamlessly and quickly with the minimum of disruption. Steve also kindly fixed an extra couple of plumbing issues which needed attention but were not part of the en suite. We would not hesitate to use Chigwell Bathroom Services again.

I recently used the services of Chigwell Bathroom Services to install a new en suite. The work was carried out while we were away and by keeping in touch via e mail the work was carried out to the highest standard. There was a problem with the tiling I had ordered, but after email contact Steve sorted out some new tiles, sent a photo to confirm they were suitable and got on with the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They are professional, tidy and good communicators- they listen to what you want!! A very satisfied customer.

Chigwell Bathroom Services have just redesigned our bathroom, the end result is unbelievable. They have done the impossible & have actually made our bathroom bigger by removing boxed areas not needed, thus creating more space & giving us a truly luxurious bathroom. Steve & his team are perfectionist in all they do, nothing is too much trouble for them & they will go the extra mile to help. Inferior joints had been previously installed they replaced these for us. Susan was always at the end of a phone if we needed advice. Being a member of Which? for some considerable time I frequently consult Which? Trusted Traders. However, it is quite clear that members of the public are unaware of it. Chigwell Bathroom Services van actually advertises Which? Trusted Traders. As a result I have had numerous enquiries regarding this company from neighbours all asking about Which? Trusted Trader website & asking to see their work. Another key factor that helped us choose this company was they sent us a DVD showing their high standard of work & which also promoted Which? Trusted Trader. This was a major deciding factor. We have now booked Chigwell Bathroom Services to completely redesign & refit a new kitchen for us. If you find this all too good to be true contact Susan & ask her to send you a copy of their Which? Trusted Trader DVD & pictures of our before & after bathroom. They are a credit to Which? Trusted Traders!

I found Chigwell Bathroom Services from an internet search to find a bathroom specialist to fit a new shower enclosure and replacement waste outlet. After reading all the reviews on their previous work I selected CBS to carryout the work required and I was not disappointed. They definitely standup to all the comments placed by previous customers. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, excellent attention to detail and most importantly (for those who work) they are completely trustworthy and can be left in your house to work whilst you go out! I highly recommend them. My work was completed to a very high standard and I would certainly use them again. An added bonus is they have been awarded the Which Trusted Trader for December 2017. If you do nothing else this year - add these guys to your contact lists you will not be disappointed if you opt for CBS.

Steve & Jack were very professional. They worked cleanly - taking every precaution to minimise dirt and dust around the house. They arrived on the dot each day and completed the job to a high standard within the timescale stated. On top of all this they were friendly and easy to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This is the third time we have used CBS. Same high standards and attention to detail. Left the house clean and tidy and protected carpets throughout. Steve and Jack are a pleasure to have around the house. Ensuite is fantastic!

We have just had our bathroom and downstairs toilet refurbished by Steve & Jack and both rooms look exactly as we had hoped they would. From day one, Steve and his team treated our home with care and respect, keeping it as clean as possible, with coverings laid over hardwood flooring and carpets and dust sheets over the staircase. They were friendly and pleasant to have around every day. If we had any queries or needed something altering at the last minute they were willing to oblige. Thank you Jack & Louis for hoovering and mopping down each day so that no dust was left around the place. Thanks also to Chris the tiler whose work is very precise and neat and to the plasterers, electrician and mastic man who made it all complete. Chigwell Bathroom Services are well worth what they charge. Attention to detail results in a really good finish and the quality of work is outstanding. We would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Steve and his team completed my lovely new ensuite bathroom in the agreed time frame. This was despite the job throwing up extra problems due to leaks which had rotted the floor and walls. They took great care with coverings to protect our home before the work began, and vacuumed, swept up and mopped daily throughout the work.

Stephen, Jack and Louie, in co-ordination with other sub-contracted workmen, did a great job refitting our en-suite bathroom, complete with new shower including glass & tray, radiator, extractor fan & new roof vent, toilet, mirror, basin & cabinet, tiles, walls, lighting and ceilings. Project management was exemplary, with all workmen arriving punctually over the two weeks, and tasks proceeding in a well organised fashion with a minimum of disruption to normal routines. Great attention was paid to clean-up and protective coverings for all areas involved. Full priority was given to our job throughout the task. At all times the team were polite, congenial, and diligent, and team leadership was clearly executed. The job has been completed to an excellent finish and we are very happy with the result. Minor adjustments and queries evolving throughout the job were received cheerfully with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In follow up after completion the team went above and beyond the call of duty, even correcting other plumbing faults they observed, unrelated to the en-suite itself. During our own survey of quotations prior to the work we noted Chigwell Bathrooms were not the cheapest, but they were worth any difference. Their expressed commitment to after-service is sincere. They came very well recommended, positive reviews proved correct, and we are very glad we chose them. We recommend them heartily and unreservedly.

Steve and Jack rolled up on the appointed day and spent almost two hours covering the floors so there was no damage. They managed the project to a tee. A really well managed and efficient job. Nothing was too much trouble. Once the tiles were removed Steve had to replace rotten floorboards at no extra charge! He also fitted a new hot water tap, again at no extra charge. We are really pleased with his work and ethics and would highly recommend him and Jack. You will always have to wait but worth the wait! Ready for the next bathroom at the end of this month.
