Chigwell Bathroom Services have just finished a third job for me and I would never consider asking anyone else. I am completely satisfied with their work. The bathroom they have just finished looks beautiful and has been completed to a very high standard as Steve and Jack take great pride in their work and pay great attention to detail. Also, what could be a difficult experience is in fact not at all as Steve and Jack are so friendly and a pleasure to have working in the house. They obviously love their job and enjoy working together to create such beautiful bathrooms. They are always cheerful and laughing and clearly get on well together. Finally, they took great care of my house and left it clean and tidy at the end of every day.

From the first enquiry to the final lick of paint Chigwell Bathroom Services have been phenomenal! Chigwell Bathroom Services were one of a number of companies we met to initially gain a quote for a full bathroom renovation. As soon as we met Steve and Jack we instantly knew they were the team for us. They listened, offered advice and put together a detailed plan and clear timeline for the job which, due to the size and shape of the bathroom, wasn’t a straightforward exercise. They went as far as recommending that we keep certain elements of the existing bathroom which ended up saving us a considerable amount of money in the process. Integrity and customer satisfaction are at the heart of what they do. A detailed quote at the outset, clear communication throughout, turning up when they say they would and constantly looking to go the extra mile; they delivered the project on time and to budget. The end result was a bathroom we couldn’t be more happy with, but along the way it was the little things that really shone through and made a difference – the way they prepared for the job and covered carpets, furniture etc. The way they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day leaving the bathroom/house spotless. The way they found a way that we could have a functioning toilet all the way through the project (other companies had said we would have to go without!). A great company – they would be our first/only call next time and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough…

CBS have just completed a full refurbishment of our bathroom (approx. 5 sqm.), which included removing a WC partitioning wall, building out onto the landing, tiling walls and floor, and fitting a full suite plus accessories. We were recommended CBS by a previous client back in the summer, so arranged a visit to discuss the job and provide a quote. All very straightforward. What we didn't realise is how busy these guys are. When we finally got around to arranging a start date in November, March was the earliest available slot. I can say though, that they're definitely worth the wait. The reason being the quality of work is outstanding. During the first week of the work we were out of the country, which could have been a worry. Not so with Steve and Jack. Any problems were relayed to us and dealt with swiftly, and we returned home to find all tools and materials neatly stored away. This was also the case for the remainder of the job. From the initial meetings to completion, the service received was always prompt, friendly and courteous, with Steve or Jack always willing to answer any questions or give advice when needed. Always on time, or early for the most part, they kept us updated every morning on what would be happening that day. If we had another bathroom in need of work, CBS would be my first choice. Just don't expect them to start next week. Or the next. Or . . . .

Steve and his team laid a new tile floor in our kitchen after removing an old wooden floor. The work was carried out to an excellent quality. Any mess and dust was kept to a minimum and they cleaned the kitchen once the work was finished. They consulted with me through out the work. We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend this company.

I recently needed a pipe run under the floor from one side of my house to the other and wasn’t sure how this was going to be possible. I contacted Steve, who I have used in the past for a number of our bathroom refurbishments, always completed on time and to a high standard. He knew immediately what was needed to be done to complete the job, and despite running into a few complications managed to complete the job perfectly and on time. I would highly recommend Steve and Jack without hesitation.

We want to praise Steve and Jack for bouncing back straight after lockdown, to provide their usual seamless professional service. It was the 2nd job they have done for us, and we had originally chosen them on the warmest recommendation of our neighbours. Like the first job it was complicated - an old house with layers of tiles over a lathe and plaster surface, crumbly old bricks, labyrinthine pipework to move and water flowing between appliances on 4 floors. As we anticipated, they dealt with it all and created us a beautiful new bathroom with no angst to us at all. One of them was present every time a new craftsman joined the project eg tiler, carpenter, electrician, to hand over. Each new trade was executed efficiently and as courteously as Steve and Jack themselves. Our house was swathed by them in protective dustsheets and the carpets were sealed up with an adhesive roll of durable plastic. We were mopped and swept up each night, and the drive was left spotless. Their attention to detail extended to changing the carpet gripper at the edge of the bathrooms tiled floor. They painted the ceiling and even refreshed our paintwork to leave the bathroom sparkling. They were spot on for quality, price and timing and left us with a great end-product. We sincerely recommend them because you do get what you pay for.

We have been really impressed with Steve, Jack and the team and cannot recommend them highly enough. They completed a bathroom overhaul for us in two weeks and the job was brilliantly project-managed and completed to a really high standard. The guys were friendly, professional and tidy - nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had previously used Chigwell Bathroom Services to renovate our bathroom, so when it came to a complete renovation of our kitchen, based on the excellent experience we had previously with Steve and his team, we knew the company we wanted to work with. To say we have been blown away by the results would be an understatement! All required works were explained fully beforehand (essentially taking the kitchen space back to a shell, repairing/renovating the walls/floor and fitting a completely new kitchen) and a clear quote provided, along with realistic timelines. The job was delivered to budget and on time with the minimum of fuss. No nasty surprises, price wise, and no delays. Chigwell Bathroom Services has completely transformed our kitchen, and we couldn't be more impressed with the results, nor recommend them highly enough.

After doing some research we chose Steve to renovate our toilet and bathroom whilst we were away on holiday, and we are so glad we did! He looked after our home leaving it very clean and tidy, he kept us updated every day with progress and ultimately delivered a very high standard of finish. He was also really easy to work with during the entire process. We've tried cheaper tradesmen in the past and got what we paid for. With Steve, we paid for a quality job and got one! I can't think of anything I'd change.

CBS made an excellent job of upgrading my existing outdated shower enclosure. After my initial contact, Steve responded very quickly and arrived on time to give me a quote. A date and time was agreed to start the work and the guys arrived on time everyday. I was impressed with how they took the time and care to cover and protect furniture and floors before starting work and how everything was left spotless when they left. There were a couple of hidden challenges which cropped up during the installation and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and the work was completed according to the agreed schedule and budget. I would definitely recommend CBS and will not hesitate to use them again.

Great service. Did a fantastic job in transforming our bathroom. Provided us with great ideas. The work carried out was top drawer. Staff were very polite and very punctual. Would highly recommend this company.

Stephen and team undertook a total renovation of our family bathroom, which entailed completely gutting the previous bathroom, pipework and wiring and starting from scratch. The team ran to time and consulted me every step of the way, including highlighting issues that were discovered at the start of the project- and could not have been known prior to the works starting. The project finished on budget and to an extremely high quality of finish. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team, indeed a family member now has a bathroom project booked in on the back of our installation. Stephen is totally transparent in his pricing and you are paying a fair rate for what are skilled tradespeople, who will deliver a high quality finish. Our property was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, which cannot be underestimated with a young family.

Steve, Danny and the team were an absolute pleasure to have fitting our new bathroom. We had planned getting the work done for a long time and so it was important to us that the level of finish matched the investment we had made in fittings. From start to finish they did a fantastic job, “treating the house like our own”. They were on time every day, reorganised when deliveries were not on time, and have even stopped by to make sure everything is working as it should. We are already planning how we can get them involved in our next renovations.

Steve Dan and Len did an absolutely brilliant job of my en suite. The workmanship was to the highest standard and they completed the job on time and on budget. From start to finish they offered support and advice so many decisions needed to be made and they were just great! They were a pleasure to have in my home a happy helpful team who every day when they left swept and even washed the floors! So pleased I chose them to do the work don’t look any further you won’t beat Steve and his team.

Steve and his team have done a fantastic job refurbishing our bathroom. The standard of work is exceptional! Steave and hs team ensured the work started and completed on time and under budget ! The finishing and ttention to details is fantastic! Steve also took time during the design phase to advice on key areas of to make the design practical and maintenance easy! Steve also went out of his way to make time to replace our 3 port valve and solve out ot water tank issues when another company kept pushing us around cancelling our appointment. A huge thank you to the Team!

This is the 3rd time we have used CBS. The first time was for 2 bathroom refits 7 years ago. That job has stood the test of time and still looks as good as when it was first done. So we asked CBS to refit our remaining bathroom and they have done their usual very high quality job. Many thanks to the whole team.

Steve and Jack did the refurbishment of our en-suite. They replaced the old shower, flooring, installed new lighting and shower pump etc. Did a super job. All the floors were covered and there was no mess. Would happily recommend Chigwell Bathroom Services

Steve and Jack did a fantastic job of completely refurbishing our family bathroom. They were always very pleasant to deal with and worked in a very neat and tidy way each day and ensured they kept everything as clean as possible (protecting the carpets outside the bathroom etc.). They kept us informed throughout the process and responded quickly to any queries we had. The end result is a wonderful family bathroom that suits our needs and looks great - their workmanship is clearly of a high quality. There was some miscommunication with the shop selling the sanitary ware about our new radiator but this issue was resolved quickly and effectively. Apart from this, the work was completed within the schedule.

Had a shower installed above a bath already fitted. I was very impressed with the workmenship and speed of the installation while still taken great care of existing fittings. Would highly recommend chigwell to anyone looking for professional, honest and friendly service.

We have used Chigwell bathrooms before so we were not surprised by the high standard of work that we saw. A new shower and screen were fitted over a bathroom and the work was carried out efficiently and cleanly. Steve and Jack are an excellent team.
