About

Sadly, due to escalating operational costs, we have had to put our Area Day price up to £49.00 per chimney flue. We have tried everything not to put our price up and THANK CUSTOMERS who understand our Area Day pricing, helping to keep the price down and save the planet, little by little. Proudly keeping customers SAFE, at a fair price. We still believe in social distancing as it is an extension to our normal safety measures. We check your carbon monoxide alarm is working and positioned correctly. We carry out smoke test two to check your appliance is working safely.
Traditional chimney sweeps that use both old and new methods to clean and maintain your chimney, keeping you SAFE and WARM.

Established in 1981, we work closely with the industry to keep up with the standards as they evolve.

I called Fraser to come and sweep my chimney at short notice He arrived exactly on time to the minute He was a very nice man Everything was protected and he was very quick and efficient with n undertaking the sweep. I also enjoyed him company I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will be booking him next year and for years to come, Fantastic company recommended,

Chim-me-sweep does an excellent job. They send reminders when it’s time to book a sweep in and are helpful when booking in a slot. Fraser is very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The work was done promptly and efficiently. All within budget.

Annual text reminders have proved invaluable to our customers, who, having busy lives, can understandably let the regular service of their appliance fall on their list of priorities. We pride ourselves on our integrity as we often find customers are otherwise engaged when we attend appointments, either with family or on a work call, whatever it may be, our customers can trust us to perform the work and leave the property as tidy as possible. Communication is vitally important as our customers have busy lives, so making contact should we be running behind, or ahead of, schedule gives our customers time to evaluate the best use of their time before we arrive.

When offering appointments, we feel it important to offer a specific time (as opposed to a timed window, e.g. 1 to 5pm) so customers can better plan their day around their appointment, as well as offering structure to our working day.

Found the whole booking process smooth with a quick response. Fraser came on time and completed the work quickly, and was very careful to keep the whole area clean. Fraser then kindly took the time to explain some ways to improve chimney health and also didn’t try to upsell me for an additional sweep unnecessarily. Will happily book again and looking forward to the reminder text in a year’s time which is a very helpful service.
