CJ Plumbing came to perform a safety check on our boiler and consequently had to rectify a bad installation job. Charlie was punctual, professional, tidy and trustworthy. We knew our last plumber hadn’t done a great job on the boiler installation, though we had no idea quite how bad it was. Charlie thoroughly explained every aspect of what needed to happen and returned quickly to make our dangerous boiler safe. Would highly recommend.

As a Landlord I'm so relieved to have a longstanding water pressure issue fixed in under an hour. Other so-called plumbers have been utterly useless - misdiagnosing and charging, then not returning to complete work. Charlie Robinson gave a truly professional service from the initial phone call to follow up by text and email. The plumber contacted my Tenants directly, turned up within the agreed time slot, quickly identified and fixed the problem. Later on same day I received a job sheet telling me what had been done and noting another issue raised by the Tenants. I will definitely use CJ Plumbing & Heating London Ltd for any future kitchen and bathroom work.

Charlie came and changed my toilet, originally i was recommended CJ plumbing and heating by a friend, they had done a bathroom in his house and I needed a new toilet so called Charlie out and from the get go the communication was amazing. Transparency is really important to me and Charlie came around gave me a quote to do the job and stuck to the price, even though the job was difficult due to a rusty bolt. Great service and I will continue to use him. Also the job was so neat, the silicone around the bottom of the toilet is without blemish. Fantastic job and I would highly recommend.
