I have used and reviewed this firm before when they did my boiler service several years running. This time they fitted a new boiler for me. My expiring boiler was 14 years old and gasping..... Charlie and the other 2 men Clark and Yosef arrived on time ( I was told between 8 and 9 am and they arrived in that time), they were very organised and laid dust sheets on the floor and the worktop they were using in the kitchen. it took all day to take out the old boiler and fit in the new one as there was a cupboard it had to fit into ( Charlie had popped in earlier in the week to double check the measurements). They did a great job and were very pleasant. They finished about 7 pm having replaced the tiled section they were able to take out in once piece( I was assured if they were not able to fit it back they would arrange a tiler ). They cleared everything up and my home was left neat and tidy. Would highly recommend them. NB They are soon combining with another firm and will be called Neos Engineering but will still be covering boilers and doing plumbing .

Charlie and Team helped save the day with a failing electric boiler, through from expertly triaging our old ‘problem’ boiler to quickly speccing and installing the new boiler. Reliable, responsive, and professional. Great communication throughout. Most importantly, our tenant was happy. Recommended without hesitation.

CJ Plumbing regularly help me with my units from Domestic to Commercial, I use them for their plumbing, heating, gas, drainage, electrical services, very good with my tenants, reasonable rates which reflect their customer service and workmanship, most of all I can put my trust into them because they always are completely upfront and honest with me, I will continue to use and would highly recommend their services.

Really impressed with Charlie and his team at CJ Plumbing & Heating London LTD, especially their customer service and focus on delivery quality work that both they and the customer are satisfied with. Perhaps most impressive is their honesty - as I had been impressed with the work they had done initially, I asked Charlie to quote for another bit of work. Charlie was happy to do this, but honest to explain why his quote might be slightly higher than others (it was a complicated job that would have meant subcontracting some of the work) and recommended I get quotes from other specialised firms too. I won't hesitate to use them again.

CJ plumbing have been servicing my boiler for several years. They are friendly and helpful - and my boiler has worked perfectly throughout the year. Highly recommend them. They always turn up at the appointed time ( within a 2 hour window) and have never let me down.

CJ Plumbing came to perform a safety check on our boiler and consequently had to rectify a bad installation job. Charlie was punctual, professional, tidy and trustworthy. We knew our last plumber hadn’t done a great job on the boiler installation, though we had no idea quite how bad it was. Charlie thoroughly explained every aspect of what needed to happen and returned quickly to make our dangerous boiler safe. Would highly recommend.

As a Landlord I'm so relieved to have a longstanding water pressure issue fixed in under an hour. Other so-called plumbers have been utterly useless - misdiagnosing and charging, then not returning to complete work. Charlie Robinson gave a truly professional service from the initial phone call to follow up by text and email. The plumber contacted my Tenants directly, turned up within the agreed time slot, quickly identified and fixed the problem. Later on same day I received a job sheet telling me what had been done and noting another issue raised by the Tenants.
