Turned up as promised, on time, with only 24 hours notice. Talked through what needed to be done and offered that we do the work ourselves if we preferred. We asked that he did the work. Was clean and tidy, chatted through what he was doing. Excellent.

Chris went above and beyond what most people would do and didn't shy away from a very difficult job to fix my Mira shower mixer unit which when put in originally had been sited under the bath and was so awkward to get at I thought I would have to take half the bathroom apart to get at it,but Chris just got stuck in and did it with no fuss or tearing my bathroom apart TOP MAN would recommend him to anyone 11/10.
