The original visit by Chris to provide a quote was friendly and professional - there was no hard sell. The quote was provided the next day, it was not a sky-high number with special deals and games reducing the quote, just a straightforward price. Once accepted, the survey was carried out and papers signed, again, friendly and professional. The fitters couldn't have been more careful and friendly, cleaning up every day, and the quality of the workmanship and product was very good. A painless experience! Thank you

The whole process of buying and fitting new windows and doors was seamless. From the initial salesman Chris who was full of knowledge and experience who guided us with a light hand, to Tony and Dale who did all the measuring and checked all the detail so we were clear what we were ordering and the following process . Finally the installation by Ashton and Luke who were both confident and competent, and left us with beautiful finishes both inside and out. The office Staff ( Laura, Adele and Alison) were also very helpful. Plus the windows and doors are a high quality. Overall a great experience where the service was over and above expectations, We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Clark’s windows installed 2 doors, 3 windows all had intergrated blinds. I have to say the blinds have changed the lighting in the rooms, I didn’t realize how normal blinds make your rooms so dark. I was given a date and time they would turn up to do the work and they kept to that. Three workmen turned up, they were polite, very cheerful and got on and did the work, in my opinion to a high standard. They cleaned up and made good any plastering that needed doing. Before the workers left, they said any problems whatsoever please don’t hesitate to call us and we will come out to sort it.

They built a new 6mx3m conservatory using existing floor and low walls (with wooden sills) and replaced the old wooden french door from lounge to conservatory. They listened to our needs and made excellent suggestions for improvements at the design stage; eg. pitched roof with white inside. They came on the date agreed. The 2 men worked so hard - efficiently and they cleared away at the end of each day.... so so clean (dust sheets and hoovering up!) . We needed major work done to our house wall where the old conservatory had damaged to lintel. Done brilliantly and very thoroughly. End product even better than I had imagined. Just excellent and superb value for money. I can't praise them enough. The tiny hiccup when re-installing the old wooden window sills (ie. using light filler instead of dark) I'm sure can be sorted.

Everybody I spoke to from the chap that did the initial quote to the lovely Lauren in the office was super. The guys that came to sort the guttering, didn’t hang around, efficient, clean and polite. I’m really happy with the workmanship - they’ve done a fantastic job. Would highly recommend. I love using local trades especially when they offer such great service.

Excellent all round service and product. Fitters were on time, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and respectful of our property. I have used Clarkes for a few installations and I would never use another company. I highly recommend them.

Team fitted three replacement windows. They arrived promptly, protected all work areas and fitted all the widows and let me check as they went along. Very pleased with the finished product and they left the house as it was on completion. They demonstrated the widows and the internal blinds operation and made sure we were happy. First rate job. All administration regarding quotes and options and billing was super efficient and friendly.

They supplied and fitted a new window in the bathroom. The work was carried out by Dale and George and was very well done with the minimum of fuss. I am very pleased with the final result. It is exactly what I wanted. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

From beginning to the end of the door buying process we were impressed. Saleroom staff were polite helpful and informative. The salesman was brilliant. Talked us through option and made sure that we were under no pressure to buy. The surveyor was very professional, pointed out things that we should consider when purchasing a stable style door. This is an outstanding company to use. I had 2 windows and a door installed. Their staff were all polite and courteous. They were meticulous from the beginning in making sure things were right. In measuring up they came twice as my door access was unusual and they wanted to make sure I would be able to get exactly what I wanted. They phoned me every step of the way with any details that needed to be checked. After installation there were a couple of issues, but they came back promptly. I had a window with a blind inside it, which wasn’t working properly. The member of staff again was fastidious in getting it right which he managed. I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

Clarkes Windows have excelled themselves. From the initial in showroom demonstrations, through a polite and hugely informative measure of session to the final install. Each member of staff has been excellent and the fit team went above and beyond to keep the disruption to a minimum. Dust sheets, hoovering and washing down the brick dust were all standard. We would highly recommend this company to all.

I chose Clarkes Windows because I saw a house on my road had new windows in the front of the house and I thought that they looked excellent. I had firstly a quote, which was cheaper than my alternative choice and I was offered the window opening that suited me. This was followed up by a detailed survey and I paid a deposit. On the agreed date the van and two very pleasant men arrived. They got started straight away by removing my old, rotten window and then proceeded to install the new. Much sooner than I thought they had finished and cleaned up the floor. I was asked to go and view the window both outside and in. Excellent work. I am extremely pleased with my new window.

Very pleased with the work carried out. Fascia boards were replaced front and back before cladding work and replacement gutters and downpipes etc installed. It’s been an absolute privilege to get to know Tony and his teams. Rule number one listen to Tony. He has so much knowledge and ideas of how windows can enhance your home. Tony (the owner) came out several times to visit our home to make suggestions on tweaks. All of which ended up improving our design, ultimately turning our house into a home. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Every member of his team whether it be the fitters or the back office team are a joy to deal with. Ours was quite a large project, so there are always a few snags. All of them were dealt with promptly and professionally. My wife and myself called into the Clarkes windows showroom to enquire about new windows and view there products the lady we spoke to was very helpful so we made an appointment for them to come and measure up and give us a price when Chris came out to measure up he was very polite and professional and explained our options we accepted their quote so a date was arranged to have the final survey and measuring to be done this was done by Tony Clarke and Dale who again were both professional and polite and explained what would happen with the installation when the installation work was carried out all of the fitters Dale, Charlie, Darren & Jake were again all very polite and consulted with us as they went along with the installation they were neat and tidy and cleaned up after they had finished the dates may seem a long way apart from the first contact to the completion but they worked around us as we had holidays booked so we definitely cannot fault them in anyway and would definitely recommend them.

From measuring to completed fitting of new doors windows soffits and fascia excellent service. Everyone we dealt with from Clarkes windows were amazing.. great advice given. We were kept informed of everything. They definitely delivered everything they promised. Professional service but friendly too. Feels like a lovely family business. Clarkes Windows supplied and installed some new window frames and glazing on our patio verandah and also supplied and installed some new panes to replace units that had failed over the years. No fuss or bother, very professional dealings throughout the ordering process. The units arrived on the due date and fitted perfectly. 2 brilliant chaps came to fit them - very impressed!
