Installation of Cintec ties and installation of steel beams to secure inner and outer leaves of the stonework. Very professional service throughout. We required a quick repair to assist with the sale of our property, BAR Preservation were so helpful and quick to get the work done at a reasonable price. All the staff have been really helpful and James and Dave who worked onsite, kept us updated on progress. Due to a hitch the scaffolding was delayed by a few days, James and Dave did the work they could without the scaffold, then worked over the weekend once the scaffold was up to complete the job for us. Extremely tidy workers, always left everything clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend this company for structural work. Thank you.

Replaced joists, floor and skirting boards, removed old fireplace, re-plastered. Very good experience from start to finish from initial survey report to invoicing. All done promptly. Work completed to time, punctual arrival, trustworthy and hard working - left them the run of the house all week - and they cleaned up the mess daily. Workmanship at a high level. Would recommend.

Asked them for a survey, carried out the survey and quickly quoted. Price was reasonable and booked in and carried out correctly with great communication throughout, would definitely recommend.

BAR Preservation were efficient in terms of both review of the work, assessment of the work to be undertaken and then completion of the work. The operatives showed up on time, were very efficient in the works that they completed and were very tidy in cleaning up afterwards. During the completion of the work, I felt confident of their skills in completing the works. All in all, a good job done.

Bar Preservation completed our damp course on 25/3/22. The two workmen were very professional. They kept me updated with everything they were doing and were very pleasant. They left the property tidy each day. They were at my property for 5 days. They replastered the walls, refitted the radiators. Put a channel in all around the property for drainage. The outside looked neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend Bar Preservation.

The company communicated well responding to emails etc promptly. I was able to get the Job booked in quickly and they actually reduced the quote when they realised it would not take as long as first anticipated. The 2 workers who came to do the job arrived on time and were pleasant and hard-working, completing the work quickly and to a high standard. Really pleased with what they did.

The information prior to the work being done was clear and well structured. The team that came to do the work arrived on time and were quiet and efficient. The two days they were here they left the room very clean and tidy, being particularly careful of the carpet. They were helpful and considerate and very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard and the final cost was as quoted and I felt value for money. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

The DPC was completed on time and on budget. Workers arrived on time on the date agreed to commence the job and completed work to our satisfaction.
