We provide free quotes, and will visit you to help plan exactly what it is you are looking for whether it be a custom bathroom, designer kitchen, or bedroom redesign.
All of our bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms are custom built for you, so unlike other companies who will sell you an off-the-shelf design, we will design to exactly your requirements with the products you want installed.
This ensures that you do not end up with a design that includes some features you never wanted to have installed due to it being part of the off-the-shelf design.

Thank you Cliff for the professional workmanship. We have a disabled daughter and I needed some bespoke wardrobes fitting in her bedroom which were safe and inaccessible for small hands. Cliff met the brief and we are really pleased with the final result. We also had a new oak and glass balustrade fitted with handrail on the stairs. Couldn't be more pleased from start to finish.

I've just had my fitted wardrobes finished and I'm over the moon with the results! I had a vague idea of how I wanted them and Cliff put his own suggestions forward which improved on my own. He helped me design the layout to maximise space, even building the shelf sizes specifically to hold my existing storage boxes. The quality of the doors is amazing, and the slight grey tint I chose on the glass means it blends in perfectly with my bedroom, whilst still functioning as mirrors. The finishing touches such as the grey wood to match the walls and soft-close doors added to the overall result. Internal affairs were very professional throughout, very tidy and adhered to all COVID secure guidance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and I'm overjoyed with the results.

En Suite Revamp

We wanted to revamp (make the shower bigger) our en-suite. We left a review last Nov 20 ref having our kitchen done and we said in that Internal Affairs will be the 1st company to call and get a quote to fit a new en-suite. We gave Cliff the go ahead early Jan 21 after he quoted and he started work early March 21. We were prepared to wait knowing Cliffs standards and timekeeping. It took Cliff just over a week from start to finish and we are delighted with the end result, we should have done this years ago. The way Cliff has redesigned the room he has given us a shower of a size we never thought possible. We would recommend Internal Affairs to anyone who is looking to have alterations done to their home, just make sure your kettle works he likes his brews!

I chose Internal Affairs for my new kitchen following a garage conversion to bedroom/en-suite shower room, as well as the fitting of new wardrobes in an upstairs bedroom. Cliff Hirst was very helpful in designing the kitchen layout, taking on board my requirements and suggestions. Due to some additional features there were additional costs and because of this and some delivery issues the work took longer than anticipated. The completed job looks very professional and the kitchen works very well. There is an ongoing problem with the dishwasher (a manufacturing fault), which Cliff has been very helpful in attempting to resolve. On the whole I am very pleased with the way the work was carried out and completed.

Cliff has transformed our dated, dingy kitchen and living area into a modern show home area. We had a supporting wall removed, plumbing relocated, plastering, electric work and a beautiful floor fitted that flows from the hall to the revamped area. The schedule was spot on as was the budget agreed. The quality of the work is outstanding and advice before and during the work made a marked difference to our choice of units and worktops. Excellent communication from start to finish and Cliff noticed a mark on the extractor and it was immediately resolved. We cannot be more pleased with the work and Cliff and would highly recommend him.

I would like to commend Cliff Hurst proprietor of Internal Affairs, he came recommended by friends. We were having ideas about adding kitchen units to our existing kitchen and asked Cliff for advise and a quote. Cliff was so helpful giving us ideas we had not thought of and also reducing the costs where he could. Our kitchen is approx 12 years old and he searched high and low to get the doors that matched the existing ones, again saving us money not having to replace the old doors which are in good order. His time keeping was excellent, very tidy and skills were second to none. Internal affairs don't just do kitchens, we are thinking of a new shower in our en suite, they will be the 1st company we call. I would highly recommend this company, internal or external renovations.

This is the fourth time we have used Internal Affairs for kitchen/bathroom work. On this occasion, we just needed our integrated fridge-freezer ("inherited" when we moved in and so not exactly sure of how old it was, but probably best part of 15 years!) As on the three previous occasions, we found the service delivered by Internal Affairs to be very good indeed; the device we had stipulated was delivered and installed very quickly an disposal also took place of our old device. Could not have asked for better in any regard.

Internal Affairs did our loft conversion. This led to a redesign of the bedroom affording stair access to the loft - all supplied and fitted by Internal Affairs. Cliff never tired of our questions and exploring options about the way to proceed. His design and product advise was first rate and exceeded our expectations (he does that a lot). The quality and workmanship was first rate. The wardrobe design was what we might expect from the high end suppliers (at twice the cost) We plan to update our bathroom and will use Cliff for this - we will frankly go to Internal Affairs for everything in our home in the future I recommend them without hesitation or reservation

We contacted Internal Affairs (Cliff Hirst) as we had a general idea regarding the conversion of our loft to an office. Cliff developed our idea and discussed design aspects with us creating a hidden access from the bedroom behind a sliding door. The conversion was managed by Cliff throughout, problems were overcome and the finish exceeded our expectations. The workers and tradesmen engaged were professional, polite and tidy - Cliff maintained daily contact with us explaining the progress and issues arising We had Internal Affairs do another job for us and will book Cliff to refit our bathroom in due course I would highly recommend Internal Affairs and Cliff Hirst

Having looked around the high street for a fitted kitchen I decided to have a look at the Which traders, I contacted Cliff who came round to have a look, from the first meeting my decision was made, his professionalism and design was spot on. From the unit installation, electrics, plumbing, plastering and flooring his workmanship was excellent his advice on the purchase and installation of the electrical goods was perfect. At the end of the project we got the WOW factor we were hoping for. I would not hesitate to recommend Cliff, he will be my first contact for any future projects.
