With over 25 years experience Clockwork Removals and Storage provide households in and around Edinburgh with tailored removals and storage services. We play an active role in the shaping of the industry and are a member of the British Association of Removers (BAR) and their Commercial Moving Groups as well as a Which? Trusted Trade.
At Clockwork Removals, we work incredibly hard to ensure we stay true to our name by keeping all removal projects moving effectively and efficiently – just like clockwork. As well as household removals we provide full packing and wrapping services, long and short term storage and our highly trained teams also offer expert removal services for specialist household and high value items. Our international service centre has relocation, storage and export packing services throughout the world and our commercial teams plan and execute business moves of all sizes and specialties.

The whole experience from booking Clockwork to the actual removal on the day was fantastic. Great customer service, booking easy and straight forward to amend anything. Team very friendly and professional. We packed our own boxes but they came with tape and protective covers for mattresses and sofa. Quick to empty the property and to have our goods moved into our new property. Really great job all round.

Clockwork Removals were my safe pair of hands during an awkward time of my life. They helped me move flat during the lockdown while I was separating from my partner and taking some of my old homes with me. Furthermore, Clockwork didn't just help move my stuff; they helped rebuild furniture and make sure I was happy with where it was once we got to my new home. The team turned up on time and got to work quickly. At no point did any of them slack off or skive, I did not feel as if I was paying for tea breaks. My move was done in one trip (just; a larger van would be safe but overkill) and the fact that my new apartment was up two flights of stairs was tackled head-on and without grumbles. At all times I felt safe, informed and confident. I found them competitively priced, willing to work to my needs, polite, timely and trustworthy. Happily recommend them.

In early July I employed Clockwork (Edinburgh) for my removal, storage and final delivery. All was going well until I asked them to pick up boxes and re-assemble my bookcase as they had made a mistake which I could not remedy alone. They suggested I take all the boxes to the recycling centre. What a waste! Despite numerous emails and pointing out I was a disabled pensioner, they refuse to help with boxes or bookcase. They say that as I am not on a regular route they will not come unless they are going in my direction. I am only 40 minutes from their depot. Surely they have a small vehicle and could at least help with the bookcase.
