Coad installed an outdoor socket to charge my hybrid car. Good communication from the start with punctual site visit and competitive quote delivered soon after. Arranged a convenient day and time to complete the work. Electrician did a very professional job exceeding expectation, vacuuming before leaving. I will use Coad again.

Needing a number of electrical jobs done around the house, I chose Coad Electrical Cardiff from the Which Trusted Traders website for a quote. I'm pleased that I did as they were great, very professional, efficient and helpful. We agreed a quote and scheduled a date for the work, which included shower installation, internal and external lighting and internal and external sockets. All work was done as agreed and within the original quotation, with good care taken around the house when working. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again when needed.

I had a double plug & USB socket fitted. They got back to me and arranged a visit to provide a quote very quickly. Correspondence was always prompt and friendly. The work was carried out yesterday, the electrician arrived right on time and I am very happy with the finished socket. I don't even need to touch up the paint surrounding it.

I needed two double socket spurs added to sockets already in my living room and two singles converted to doubles as well as a repair to my consumer unit. The electricians arrived exactly when they said they would and came prepared with blue shoe coverings if I had required. Clean, polite and professional throughout the visit and kept me in the loop of whatever was going on. There was a problem with the originally intended place for one of the new double sockets but this was resolved immediately and without extra cost to the agreed quote, which was very reasonable and actually below what I had budgeted. I had one qualified electrician and one apprentice to carry out the work and I was really impressed by the amount of knowledge being shared by the qualified electrician, sharing both experience and knowledge but not in a patronising way, demonstrating that this company wants all of its electricians to be the best they can be. So many employees of companies fail to share knowledge in the belief that knowledge is power. This was such a refreshing change. This is now my forever electrician!

Coad Electrical have just completed a full rewire of our house. They were flexible with the changes I wanted to make from the quoted work and provided good advice during the job on how best to install things. A rewire is a messy job but the fitters kept everything as tidy as possible including a hoover at the end of everyday. The work was completed in the time quoted at slightly below the quoted price due to my changes. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any electrical work needed and will be using them again in the future.

Well, I endorse all the comments made from other reviews. They installed a new water pump in the our pond and some new lighting indoors. Faultless work. Coad is an example of how all traders should operate. Keep it up Coad. Thank you.

New oven and hob installed along with some fuses replaced in main board. Every stage from quote through to carrying out work was very professional and inspired confidence - especially as already been let down by currys and another electrical contractor.
