I chose Liverpool Heating and Boiler Installation/Complete Home Energy Solutions Ltd as they are a Worcester Bosch registered installer. They fitted a new boiler for me on 6th & 7th June ’24. The boiler location was moved from the house to the garage, involving relocation of pipework (hence lifting of floorboards), 4 new radiators were fitted and a chemical flush of the whole system undertaken – basically a big job! John came to the house twice (possibly 3 times!) prior to undertaking the work and was punctual on all occasions – the second visit was to explain the job to me in more detail because I was feeling a bit anxious due to the size of the job/disruption to the house and previous bad experiences with trades people. John was patient and helpful on both occasions and answered further e-mail questions promptly. My husband was at home during the work – Dan worked alone on the first day and Dan, Ritchie and John worked together on the second day. The installation was completed professionally and to schedule/budget by a very pleasant team to have in the house for 2 days! The house was left neat and tidy – all underlay and carpets were re-laid with care. Gas safety certificate and Worcester-Bosch guarantee were received within a week of completion of the work. I’m really pleased with the work undertaken and very glad I chose this company.

John and his men did a very good job removing an old conventional boiler and installing a combi boiler and a radiator in my small and cluttered house. They also removed an old hot water cylinder from a cramped space. I was pleased that they were able to complete the work in one day instead of the original planned two days which reduced the upheaval. Their price was considerably cheaper than the quote from British Gas.

Having previously received excellent service from John and his company last year when they installed my new boiler I did not hesitate to contact them when two of the radiators on my central heating system weren’t working. I contacted John in the morning and he came round later that afternoon and sorted out the problem. He also offered some good advice to help avoid recurrence of the same issue. I am so grateful for his prompt response, excellent service and good advice. I would definitely recommend John and his company.

I recently had a new boiler fitted with Home Energy Solutions, and had a very good experience with them. Communication was good and they were polite and respectful. Richard did a great job and was very thorough. John (who was overseeing the work) was reliable and easy to communicate with. Apparently too busy to quote for a gas boiler replacement job.
My initial contact by phone was followed the next day by a visit from one of the company's gas engineers. His assessment was comprehensive and not rushed, with a clear explanation given as to our options. He took various measurements and some photos (having obtained my permission) and said he would pass them onto the owner of the business - who would then provide me with a detailed estimate for the work. - All very satisfactory. However, more than 3 weeks later, and after 2 reminder emails and a couple of unanswered phone calls, no estimate has been provided. The only contact has been a one line reply to my first email, to the effect that they were " very busy". All very unsatisfactory and a complete waste of my time.

John and his team changed our radiators and boiler. I was given a very competitive quote which we decided to go with. We needed a more efficient boiler as we had an extension and decided to change the radiators at the same time to modern ones. Great service, tidy, efficient and very reliable. Would definitely recommend!

After 13 faultless years my Worcester Bosch boiler was ready for a replacement of the same make. I contacted John on Sunday 27th November who talked me through a replacement after sending him photos. Installation was arranged for the following Tuesday and the work was undertaken by John's colleague Richard. The installation was perfect from beginning to end. Richard was courteous and personable and incredibly efficient. I cannot praise Home Energy Solutions highly enough and will certainly make use of their services in the future.

Our old Baxi Bermuda back boiler system was replaced with a Worcester combi. The only snag was that it had to be sited upstairs whereas the old system was downstairs. The removal of the old system and installation of the new was carried out in two and a half days with the minimum of fuss and upheaval. On completion the operation of the new system was fully explained and my questions answered. The quote given initially was the amount that I was charged. All things considered I am extremely satisfied with this company and would recommend them without hesitation.

A professional job from start to finish. I was impressed with John's professionalism from the outset. He was courteous, polite and friendly. John carried out a thorough inspection of the work to be done, replacing an old boiler, hot water tank and pump. A detailed quote listing all parts and prices was sent promptly. Communication throughout was excellent. Richard who carried out the installation was also excellent. It is obvious that this company has high standards and high expectations of its engineers and Richard certainly didn't fail. He was friendly and polite and respectful of my home. He had some remedial work to carry out from the previous installation with a different company but this did not affect the quote which we agreed. It did however mean that Richard had a slightly longer working day but it was just accepted without complaint. John's son, also a polite young man, was helping Richard throughout the installation and kept the job clean and tidy. On completion Richard completed all the paperwork and explained what I needed to know about the boiler. The following day John completed the registration of the boiler for the guarantee and I have now received communication that this has now been activated. I would certainly recommend Complete Home Energy Solutions Ltd to others. They were everything I expected from a Which? recommended company. I will certainly be using them to service my boiler and look after my central heating system from now on.
