Outstanding Service and Support- First Class (5 star) John should be proud of Richard, and the rest of the guys, they are without doubt the best contractors that we have every had to do any work for us. They removed our old heating system and installed a new Daikin hybrid boiler, heat pump and new radiators. We were blown away with the speed of install, expertise and quality of installation. The guys were polite arrived on time and were considerate to our property at all times. Richard took he time to explain how everything worked before laving. My wife and I couldn't of hoped for anything better and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. We hope to arrange for an Annual Service with John - Thanks again

John was very helpful and spoke professionally on the phone. He personally couldn't come to fix the boiler but arranged his team member to do the job. We have a new boiler (Worcester Bosch 4000) which was installed professionally and we are quite happy and thankful to John.

The team installed a new boiler (in a new site) and were very helpful with their advice on boiler brand and opinions regarding options. The team were available at relatively short notice despite some delays (from my side) on delivery of radiators and meant we weren’t without heating for long at all. All in all very pleased with the work done and would recommend to friends and family. Great value too!

Installation of Worcester Bosch boiler

John did a thoughtful survey to replace our 25(?) year old unrepairable Baxi boiler. This was done, very efficiently, by telephone, text messages and photographs of the existing installation. A detailed and reasonable quotation arrived the next day specifying all components to be used. After slight modifications produced a new quotation this was accepted, and Richard arrived two days later to fix the new boiler. This went smoothly until he discovered that the mains gas pressure was too low. He called out Cadent who also discovered a fault in the mains installation which involved digging up our drive to turn the gas off until they could fix it. This took 2 days and involved digging up the road to replace part of the Victorian mains. Richard then came back and commissioned the boiler and checked again with Cadent that they were now happy. The subsequent invoice, despite the extra time and disruption to their schedule, was the same as the original quotation. We were particularly impressed by the help Richard gave in arranging for the low gas pressure problem to be fixed and ensuring that the whole installation was safe. John was also always at hand to respond immediately by text message to our queries during the disruption.

We had our old boiler removed and this was replaced and installed with a new Worcester Bosch boiler. John is extremely efficient and reliable. He is also knowledgeable about the different types of boilers. He communicated with us regularly and was very flexible about the fitting date, he was able to work around our schedule. The work was carried out by John's team, they were professional, tidy and polite. I would definitely recommend Complete Home Energy Solutions to anyone who needs a new boiler.

Very satisfied with the service these guys provided throughout the process for the installation of a new boiler for my elderly mother and would definitely recommend them. Excellent service throughout - good communication prior to install, the installer was extremely helpful in explaining how the boiler worked to my mum and cleaned up afterwards to the point you'd have never have known he'd been and they even followed up a few days later to check we were happy with everything and to check we were happy with the new boiler - very impressed!.

We had John and his Team install a new Boiler late 2020, they were excellent, very quick / no mess and very friendly, we arranged via John for our First Service and the Engineer who installed the Boiler was the one who attended today, again really friendly / mess free and no problems, on the review after Boiler installation we said we would highly recommend Home Energy Solutions ( Liverpool - John ) would confirm that recommendation after today's visit......Thanks John

John and his son installed my mum’s boiler and did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional, my mum felt comfortable in their company and there follow up service was exceptional. I recently asked for some documentation for the boiler and without delay John sorted everything which was extremely kind of him. I would highly recommend them!

John and the team installed a new boiler as an emergency when our previous boiler broke. The boiler was in an awkward position to access but this did not put him off. He was in contact regularly to discuss our needs and clearly explained the options available. The quote was in writing and clearly stated the items required. The work was done the following week and the house was left spotless. The final bill was exactly as quoted. One of our radiators wouldn't come on afterwards as it needed a new gauge and it was no trouble for John to come out the following day to sort this. John was helpful, patient and professional throughout. A big thank you to John and the team.
