Complheat Heating and Plumbing was formed in 2010 by Jeff Ellis and Alan O'Reilly. Between us both, we have over 70 years experience in the heating and plumbing industry. Our main aim is to ensure complete satisfaction and we pride ourselves in the service we provide and always work to the highest of standards.
Here at Complheat, we specialise in anything to do with your home's central heating system. This includes central heating installations, boiler swaps, underfloor heating, system upgrades/alterations, power flushing, radiator additions/changes, and boiler servicing. Furthermore, all of our workmanship comes with a 12 month insurance backed warranty, along with the manufacturer's guarantees/warranties on appliances, which can be up to 12 years.
For your peace of mind, we are Gas Safe registered (513265) and fully insured, and are members of Worcester Accredited Installers, Vaillant Advance Installers, and Ideal Installer Connect.

Very easy to contact. Quick response. Boiler fitted on 5/11/18. One of the directors of company came on 6/11/18 to check work done and that everything was working. Only then did I pay for the work. The estimate charge was what we paid so no unexpected change in price.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jeff knows his stuff and from the initial contact I made with the company I felt confident in his ability, his professionalism, and his manner. He was reliable both in contacting me back when agreed and in showing up when we agreed. I trusted him from the outset which is a massive thing when dealing with people in today's world. We were personally recommended Complheat for our combi conversion. We were extremely pleased that we chose them. Alan gave us very helpful advice regarding our heating system, and identified a boiler that perfectly suited our needs. Alan and Jeff were punctual, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were done in a day, and they worked to a very high standard, and tidied up after themselves. The price was very good (I had other quotes) and we were so pleased with our new boiler and that we went with Complheat. We can't recommend them highly enough!

The company were very quick in coming out and offering me a quote for the work. They were very honest throughout the process and kept me informed of all the work that was being undertaken. All the parts of the old boiler were removed and a new boiler was installed with an aesthetically pleasing finish. Every aspect of our new boiler and system was carefully explained and we will happily have the company back again for any further plumbing work we need doing.

Complheat installed a Worcester 25 Erp boiler and Nest controls. From the first consultation visit Alan O' Really demonstrated a capable knowledge of boilers and systems. The quote for the work was comprehensive and competitive. Once I went ahead with the installation this was carried out by Jeff and another colleague, and Jeff even went out of his way to mount the Nest Control in an appropriate position but that would also be as unobtrusive as possible. The guys were very thorough and tidy, and came in exactly at the price quoted. No hesitation in recommending Complheat

ComplHeat installed a complete central heating system in my house during the summer, I haven't really had to use it until now. It works great, really energy efficient and easy to use. They did a great job during the installation, were in and out in 3 days, and went to a lot of hassle to make sure everything was where we wanted it to be. Also created extra work for themselves by installing pipework in locations where I wouldn't have to rip up floors etc. Very high quality work all round and would highly recommend ComplHeat!

Alan and Jeff have done a superb job from beginning to end. Their timekeeping has been spot on which was a major plus for me as I was having work done on a property 100 miles away from my home. They are trustworthy to get the job done on time and as quoted. Minimal disruption and mess and they deserve additional credit for popping back to do a second fit of the radiators after the property had been decorated. I would recommend Complheat in a heartbeat, you won't find a better company or such value for money elsewhere.
