4th time I have used Mark. Fixed a couple of problems with my Dell Laptop. Picked up, repaired & returned within 48 hours. Really good customer service, quality work & competitive price.

Always easy to contact and arrange for care for my computer. My computer had started to work very slowly, a new hard drive was inserted and it now works like new. Excellent care and advice. Previously received computer care in lockdown and service again was excellent and maintained all appropriate social distancing regulations etc.

I was having problems with my old laptop when it started playing up and stopped functioning. After reading an article in a Which? email about computer repairs a while ago, I looked on the Which? Trusted Trader website and found Computer Repair Herts based locally in Ware, Herts. When I spoke to Mark, in his very warm friendly knowledgeable manner, he was able to put my mind at rest he could repair my 10 year old Toshiba laptop, and there was no need to replace it with a new laptop! Mark carefully explained he could transfer all the data from the old hard drive onto a new one, a solid state drive this time, without the loss of any data or any need to reprogram it to my printer. Mark gave me a price to repair the laptop and he offered to collect it the following morning, and return back after repairs the following day, turning up at the time stated on both days, very impressed. And great value with no hidden extras too. I have no connection with Computer Repair Herts other than a very happy and satisfied customer. I am very impressed with the superb service I received, putting the customer first, which is sadly missing from other service traders! I will certainly strongly recommend this company to anyone. Mark has helped me with my laptop twice. Both times have been extremely efficient, and the second time, my laptop was collected the same morning I emailed in. I have always been kept up to date and my laptop was collected and dropped back at my home. Great service, highly highly recommend!

When I called on Christmas Eve, in a pandemic, with a broken laptop it was a relief to be spoken to by someone who obviously knew their trade, their timescale limits and who offered reassurance, respect and realistic timeframe to solution. Having just collected my now fixed laptop 4 days after dropping it off I could not be happier. Mark and his team work hard and offer continued high level service even during a lockdown. I will use them again, but hopefully won't need to!
