Coral Windows Bradford Ltd

We did a significant amount of research beforehand as we required 13 new windows, 2 doors and a French window. In addition we needed a Juliet balcony and a second French window removing to be replaced with a further window. So before the window could be installed the required extra brickwork had to be completed. Coral windows was a name that came up and was getting very good reviews and no deposit required so we would see the job completed before paying. We arranged for a visit and were very impressed with the man who called round and priced the job. He answered all our questions and so we able to go ahead without any concerns. The 4 fitters arrived on time, worked extremely hard and tidied up after themselves very well. Within 3 days they had completed all the work to a high standard and we were able to get back to normal much quicker than we had expected. Yes, there was some tiding up to do both inside and outside but nothing too excessive and they did have to chip quite a bit of render from around the windows and doors. We were promised to be delivered a quality product which is exactly what we received. That should be the norm of course, but it certainly does not always happen. So a big thank you to everyone involved in our Coral experience.

We were a little sceptical about Coral Windows, why, not sure. However, we decided to give them a try after visiting the showroom near the garden centre in Otley. Our visit proved enlightening so we undertook the offer of a home visit from a company representative. The visit was very comprehensive and informative providing us with options to consider with no pressure, the representative Jason appeared well versed and experienced in every aspect of our requirements, as such we placed an order for a 4m x 3.5m orangery. During the organisational period we met and spoke with Jason on numerous occasions to discuss aspects of our build, never was it too much trouble and the advice and support was very good. The building of the foundations and initial walls for our orangery went without any issue the two builders Noel and Liam were exceptional, explaining when necessary, putting our minds at ease. They worked really well and with quick progress, their work and the site were always left clean and tidy each day and at the conclusion of their part of the build. The windows, roofing and internal build team were equally very efficient, clean and tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. The electrical team were speedy, efficient and accurate, again explaining all aspects of the first and second fixings, again faultless team. All in all we can only sing the praises of a company we had some serious doubts about, but turned out to be an absolute first class outfit. Thank you, Coral.

Good experience from the start to the finish. We have 2 doors and 12 windows fitted and the fitters (Dan and Charlie) were superb throughout. Really lovely people, who were helpful, fastidious about doing a good job, polite and really clean and tidy. They also worked tirelessly when the installation proved trickier than first imagined. Can't say enough good things about them. The windows and doors look great and we're looking forward to seeing and feeling the benefits this winter.

I have just had my fascia's soffits and gutters replaced by Coral, as well as all my windows and a set of French doors replaced. The salesperson was very professional and was happy to give me a variety of different quotes that I asked for. The price was better than others I’d had and it’s great that the products come with a long guarantee. Both jobs were started and completed on time and the fitters were really polite, tidy and friendly. They did a brilliant job and I’m really happy with the finished result.

Fitter arrived on time and replaced the old front door with a new secure made to fit door in a couple of hours he then cleaned up the work area had a cup of tea and left no fuss no drama just a great job we are very happy and have no hesitation recommending coral windows John johnson

Replaced 7 windows and a door. the lads that came did a great job and in a good manner. A catch on one of the windows didn't work correctly and was spotted and reported for us, the catch was fixed two days later with no fuss. All in all we would recommend coral without hesitation, both for the quality and the price. We will be getting in touch with them shortly to update our conservatory.

the work to renew 3 windows and front door were extremely good. they were on time and had finished in one day. they left the area very clean and tidy and explained the locks and windows in detail. My neighbours have been impressed and I have recommended Coral windows to them. Thank you very much for your work. My bungalow now looks very smart indeed.

The new conservatory looks great. Issues that arose were dealt with professionally and nothing was too much trouble. Fitters worked very hard over the 2 days and tidied up at the end. Would recommend.

From the beginning of our experience with coral up to the finished work, was so stress-free and easy. From the excellent salesperson who was very respectful and more importantly to the point with no pushy tactics and came back to go through the paperwork with the same respectful manner. All the communication with the company was also easy and to the point, the fitters were amazing they were quick and cleaned as they went. We had a complete upgrade of all windows and doors to triple-glazed to help with energy bills, they were very competitive on price. As well as help with noise reduction and heating costs we absolutely love the look and security of our new windows, I would highly recommend Coral 🪸.

From the moment David Robinson stepped in our home to give us a quote, I knew I had made a good choice. He listened to my needs, discussed options and was able to show me samples so that I could see the quality of the product. During his visit, it was in the back of my mind that we wouldn’t be using Coral because they would be too expensive, so I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised when given the price. The surveyor came a few weeks prior to the fit and he too was very professional. The only snag was the day prior to the fit, we found out the fitters were behind on a job and wouldn’t be coming. It was annoying at the time, however they did turn up the next day (Saturday) at 08:30 and worked non-stop to finish the job. They were absolutely fabulous and worked so hard. The end result is fantastic and I'm over the moon with the look and quality of the windows. I would highly recommend Coral Windows.

Impressed with the whole process - no hard sell, just clear explanations of the options so I could make my own choices. Surveyor measured accurately and added an improvement to the door and removed a panel from the cellar. Outstanding care from Coral office too - when covid hit the installation team they went out of the way to rearrange for the next day, even working Good Friday to get the windows and door done. The installation team were lovely - they were polite/ friendly and took time/ care to make sure it was all done to a high standard whilst keeping everything clean and tidy. They also ensured that any effects on the plaster, under the windows ,were repaired and that I could work the new door lock. My house is now warmer and more secure due to triple glazing and a composite door. I'm extremely pleased with the service and the result, and all for a good price too!

Nightmare of a company my installation for full windows and doors was back in November 2022. They are still on with the job. So far issues have been: Windows not ordered to fit. The door was not being ordered in time. Moving fitters onto other jobs. Late starts. Poor workmanship. Lack of communication. Arrogant manager. The platform for fitting was not delivered delaying work. A door was installed with a mark on it. Another door needs to be composite filled as marked. Patio doors needed adjusting - came back they dropped. The bedroom window is fitted incorrectly with water leaking in A scratch on the window needed a new panel. Sorry but if you ask me avoid at all costs! I wish I had but hopefully, on Friday I’ll never have to see them again!

Nice people, turned up on time for installation and also the survey, delivered a good product. And reasonable value too.

Fitters turned up on time and carried out work as instructed starting at the requested place. Completed on schedule, left all areas clear of rubbish and finished off all windows to a good standard. The only downside was wrong handles had been fitted to the windows so after speaking to the manager some adjustment was made to the invoice. Overall very satisfied.

From start to finish everything was exceptional. Initial contact, surveyor, the timing of the job. Communication was good we were kept well informed throughout. The fitters were really good and thorough, and everything was done to ensure minimum disruption. On completion checks in place to ensure done to high standard. Door knocker was not fitted but addressed it immediately. We are so pleased with the windows/doors and have already noticed the difference. It was an easy process throughout and the service was excellent.

Coral came out to give initial quote, then surveyor visit to get accurate measurements and confirm requirements, followed by install of the windows within 2 weeks. 5 windows, including a bay which I asked for insulation top and bottom to be included, needing some joinery work. Install team were very quick and focussed and pleasant to deal with.

Three new windows fitted on January all went well and they look great. The fitters completed the job in one day and did a full tidy-up before they left. Coral are a local firm and we have used them before. We noticed a slight scuff on one window the following day but they sorted this out within a few days. So all is well.

Very happy with the 5 upstairs windows which I had replaced. Following my initial contact things moved very quickly and efficiently. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and took care to ensure that everything was completed as I wished. In particular care was taken in producing replica stained glass with the correct pattern and colours, and installation of all the windows was achieved with minimal damage to my property.

It was a pleasant experience to deal with this company Consultant and surveyor really nice people no pressure explained every thing in detail. Start date for the work was agreed much sooner than expected,but was delayed by one day no problem for us The installers were very respectful and completed the installation to a very high standard very clean workers explained how the new locks worked cleaned the whole area before they left a happy customer.

Very pleased with all aspects of Coral's handling of the project to replace our conservatory roof. The quote was not the cheapest but we are pleased with the quality of the materials and standard of the work which has given us an all year round useable room. The job started a few days late but was brought back on schedule thanks to the additional teams brought in, enabling the work to be completed within the week. Julian and his team worked very hard and we are very pleased with their standard of work. Electrician Paul and his team made an excellent job of installing the dimmable lights which are a real feature of our new garden room. We were able to complete decorating the roof about 3 weeks later having allowed the plaster to dry out. Friends who have visited since have commented on what a positive difference the new roof has made to the house both internally and externally. We have just received the final Building Regs Certificate and are now very happy to provide this review.
