We were apprehensive about mess as it was pouring outside but the carpet and stairs were well covered. The crew were in and out but were respectful of exits and entrances. A job well done and we are happy with the result.

We had used Coral before and they were the obvious choice when we wanted to replace our front door. Everyone we dealt with were efficient, friendly and helpful. There was no hard sell and the sales person took the time to really understand what we wanted. The fitting team did a great job. We would definitely recommend.

Had 3 windows replaced all done in a morning. Minimum disruption, tidied up after the installation. Great finish and everything as expected.

We have used Coral for a variety of jobs over the years. The staff are helpful and friendly without any pressure to go ahead with any job. The products are of good quality and the jobs are done professionally and tidily. They turn up when they say and work to a high standard. We had some issues with this fitting but they were resolved without any fuss.

As before, the consultant and the surveyor were extremely nice people who were very professional in undertaking the tasks in hand. No pressure, no hard sell just ordinary down to earth people. The work was carried out earlier than the date originally provided which was very welcome. On the day of arrival, the two installers laid a tarpaulin out protecting both the kitchen floor and the concrete in the carport. Work was started immediately and the installation of the new door was completed in no time at all. Both installers worked very hard, made an excellent job, checked everything over and cleaned up afterward leaving no mess at all. This is the second time we have used Coral and we have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend the company to anyone.

Excellent service from quotation to fitting. The company were very clear and checked everything and arranged a suitable time to fit. The fitters were excellent and completed the full house in 2 days leaving everything as they found it. The windows and doors appear to be to a very high standard. Very happy so far.

Our Coral front door is really good quality. The salesman Kevin was helpful. The fitter Steve worked really hard to fit the door into our old property and did a super job. Both Kevin and Steve were really nice guys to work with, which makes a difference.

Originally was going to sell the house with the original wooden windows, well past their prime, and take a lower sale price. After deciding to hold on to the house all the windows and doors needed upgrading and after talking to friends, family and colleagues it was decided to use Coral. Coral came & fitted some of our new windows. The work was done quickly & efficiently, everything was left clean. Also a new front door was fitted again clean & tidy everything was tidied up & cleaned up. Very nice workmen very efficient I would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Coral enough. I will use them again in the future. I have had two upstairs windows replaced due to their age and condition and found Coral to be friendly and efficient, they provided options and an agreeable price without any fuss or pressure. Given the value for money provided with their A rated windows it was a no brainer to go ahead but there was no pressure to do so if I hadn't been happy I felt I could easily have said no thanks. From quote to installation was less than 4 weeks.

Excellent work carried out despite extremely bad weather. I have used Coral several times over the past twenty years for replacement windows, doors and conservatories. They always give good after service and maintain a high standard for their goods. The workmen are very considerate, polite and make sure all waste etc. is removed, leaving the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service and the product (two upstairs windows) The installers were quick, efficient, clean and tidy, and demonstrated the window before leaving. All appointment times were kept. Important to us is that we have not been pestered with endless follow up calls !

I recently had a sliding patio door fitted by Coral. Very professional job, cleared up afterward and completed in around 3-4 hours. Excellent workers would definitely recommend.

The initial install was conducted 28June22. I realised after the engineer had left site that there was scrape damage to two hinges and a very small indentation/cut to one of the doors. Coral were very receptive and caring when I contacted them and they arranged for a repair in early August however this had to be moved out as the engineer contracted Covid. Fix was finally achieved 21Sep22 by a very helpful, friendly and skilled installer. Following the September visit all is now as it should be with respect to the quality of the install. Although it was disappointing that the fitter who conducted the initial install did not spot/mention the scrapes, the Coral support team were very professional in committing to fix albeit completing almost 3 months after the initial install.

From the first contact with Paul, through the visit from Keith, to the installation by Richard and James, the whole experience was first-class. This was replacement windows and doors for the whole house. Perfect Job at a good price.

The gentleman who fitted the door was prompt, clean in appearance and polite. When finished he took time to demonstrate and explain how the door worked. The door was well fitted and neatly finished on all sides. There was no mess anywhere and the old door was removed. We had requested 4 keys but only 3 came with the door but the fourth key arrived within 24 hours of being reported. Payment was easy by bank transfer but no money was paid until we were entirely satisfied.

Coral windows have recently built us a conservatory. All work from day one to the last “tweak” was done in a very thorough and professional way. The builders,roofers,plumber,and electricians were all first class I can 100% recommend them.

We can’t recommend Coral enough. From the second we chose our door the whole team have been great. Communication was perfect the whole way through and the two fitters were lovely. We will definitely be recommending Coral!

I’d just like to compliment all the workers from Coral Windows on their amazing workmanship, and in completing the job in under 2 days. They were all extremely polite and very hard working, and we are absolutely thrilled with the whole job. My mum and I would like to send a massive thankyou to Steve, Joe, George, Connor and Charlie. Coral had originally quoted 3 days for the work, but actually sent 2 teams of workers which allowed them to complete in 2 days. We live in Doncaster, and all the workers had to travel from Bradford each day, but arrived on time, and worked very efficiently and tidily. Any slight snags that we pointed out were fixed quicky, and no payment was asked for until we were completely satisfied with the whole job.

Front door fitted perfectly good price survey and fitters turned up exactly when they were supposed to and all very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Coral recently replaced two of our windows: one small one in the gable end of our house and another much wider one that sits below at first floor level. The finished job looks very tidy and we are pleased with the result. We were given a clear estimate of cost and a surveyor visited to detail the specification. This was a very thorough piece of work. Coral did their best to stick to the original fitting date, though in the end this had to be delayed by a few days. We were kept fully informed about changes and communication was excellent. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the garden was left tidy. There was a slight delay with fitting a trim to the downstairs window. This was partly because the colour was one less commonly chosen but, added to that, it's only fair to acknowledge that our window is unusually wide, and the construction of the building, non-standard. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction fairly swiftly and, again, we were kept well informed while the problem was sorted out.
