We chose Coral Windows to replace our bathroom window because of its good reviews on Which? although it was more expensive than out other quotes and because the window had a U rating of 1.4. (We were actually aiming for a lower value, but could only find one company which provided under 1, and that cost 3 times as much). In general the organisation and communication were very good on the initial visit, follow-up, pre-installation visit, right through to receipt of Fensa documents. Two problems: 1) We agreed on a U value of 1.4 and this was written on our sheet, but on the pre-site visit, we were told that Coral do not do lower than 1.6. We were referred to the WER standards, which are calculated in a different way. Although not over happy about this, we did not have time to change as we were about to go on holiday and the window was phase one of a full bathroom refit planned for soon after our return. 2) Fitting day. We were scheduled for around mid-day but when nobody had arrived by 2 pm I rang Coral, to be told that the window could not be fitted on the day arranged. Fitters arrived early the next day but without a critical part, so it had to be postponed again. It was fitted on the third day. Only one key to the window was provided. I asked if it was possible to get a spare but none arrived while we were away. I still have to chase this up. The window looks good.

We were wanting our whole house windows replacement......existing windows starting to rot after 25 years. We chose Coral Windows on the recommendation of 2 neighbours who had similar work done in past years. Service was excellent.......making appointment for initial assessment ......accurate survey.....final installation. Window fitters Danny and Liam worked so well together.......upstairs one day and downstairs next day. Work was very neat and tidy and we were delighted with final result........excellent quality windows at a competitive price! Whole process from initial visit to finish took 4 weeks......we would highly recommend Coral Windows to any future potential customers!!

I chose Coral because of the the good reviews, they offered what I wanted at a good price. From the sales person to the fitting team, I had a good experience of using Coral for replacement windows and doors. The sales person was helpful without being pushy, and the fitting team were excellent, especially as the installation was tricky. The work started on the day Coral said and communication with Coral has been very good. The end result is my property is much improved.

Having had a very bad experience with a window company 24 months ago it has taken me all this time to start the process again. Because it was a big job (10 windows and the bay of the house strengthening, insulating and cladding) I got 6 quotes. Unlike several of the other companies, Coral gave me their quote and left it with me. No haggling, or pretending to ring managers to get discounts, just a straightforward best price take it or leave it. Their rep was not a pushy salesman. Some companies could have done the work a month after quoting, with Coral it was a much longer wait, which I took to be a good sign. Ryan and Adam who undertook the work arrived on time, worked flat out, never stopped for lunch or to gawp at their social media accounts, their attention to detail was second to none and they cleared up fully every night they left my house. I am thrilled with my windows, the workmanship and the service I received from start to finish. Their price was comparable with the other quotes I got too. I will be getting them back for phase 2 next year - the remainder of the windows and both doors. I would highly recommend Coral Windows.

Really impressed by Coral from the start to the finish, right from the helpful and friendly showroom staff through to the fitter's Steven & Joe. They did a great job, no issues at all, had my bungalow windows & doors completely replaced. Happy with the price and the quality is top-notch. Coral supplied and fitted a composite back door. All their staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The door is fine, fitted as agreed and I am happy with it. Coral gets full marks for how they liaised with me when bad weather delayed the job.

From the salesman to the surveyor and then the fitting the whole process was easy and straightforward. The fitters were on time and worked throughout the rainy day and cleaned up after they were done. The workmanship shows and the windows are a lot better and warmer.

Good quality composite door with panel. Fitted within the day, neat and tidy with minimum disruption. We are very happy with our front door and will definitely use Coral again in the future.

I had two new composite doors fitted. The fitter arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He did a great job removing the old doors and installing the new ones without affecting any of the surrounding areas. He worked quickly and cleanly.

Coral replaced two wooden doors with composite equivalents and a double glazed window with a special sound reducing glaze. Great products, competitively priced. Installed in a day by friendly expert fitters. Finished products work very well, the composite doors certainly reduce the heat loss and the sound reduction from the new bedroom window is very noticeable. Excellent job.

We required double glazed windows to be replaced to the rear of our property and new front and back doors with adequate security features. Coral Windows were contacted following a personal recommendation and their representative proved very knowledgeable. Their work was completed to a high standard and the units installed were well constructed within their own factory and the security features were completed as requested. The fitting was completed on the date indicated without a need to return for a second day, as originally suggested! Very pleased with their professionalism and will certainly recommend to others in the future.

Work was carried out swiftly and competently. However a few minor issues occurred which were eventually attended to. Other than that workmen were pleasant, competent, and tidy. Overall a good job was done and would certainly recommend them.

Coral installed 8 windows with Georgian glazing bars and a new front door. The whole process, from initial consultation through to finished installation, was conducted efficiently and professionally with no high-pressure sales technique. The windows and door are extremely well-made and well-fitted. We are very happy with the result which enhances our Victorian station house. We would recommend Coral to anyone.

We have had our double glazing, fascia, soffits, guttering and some brickwork done all to very high standards, very happy with the end of the results. Of the 5 traders I contacted, Coral were the only ones able to do the job this year and the two windows installed here by Coral 10 years ago (before my time) are a good standard. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. All aspects of communication were good.

I had 6 windows, a sliding patio door and a front door fitted. Getting a quote was easy and pleasant, no hard sell. The agreed fitting date was put back by one day due to a job running over, but this wasn’t a problem. Two fitting teams arrived to carry out the work, so the time lost was regained and the job completed by the agreed date. The fitters were pleasant, friendly and worked professionally. The work was completed to a high standard, they cleaned up as they went along. A window pane was broken on fitting unfortunately, however this was replaced within a week. Contact with Coral was straightforward and easy. All in all, they were professional and courteous from start to end.

From speaking to the receptionist throughout installation of the windows, the service provided was top notch excellence! I couldn’t find fault if I tried. I have used Coral before for a new door and kitchen window. I needed to replace the upstairs windows and had two quotes. Coral was more expensive, but having seen the competitors windows it was a case of you get what you pay for. All the staff were excellent from the quote to fitting. The fitters kept me informed of their progress throughout the installation.
