I had approx 12 Windows replaced 3 months ago. I was very pleased with all aspects of the installation. I thought the price was reasonable. I waited to see if any problems developed but everything is OK so far, so top marks all round for Coral Windows.

Mark arrived promptly on time and was his usual courteous self. he was directed to the conservatory area and within minutes had all his necessary gear ie draw sheets covering floor area, ladders and other required tools. He quickly and very professionally assessed the situation carrying out all necessary preinstallation work required. It was a pleasure to watch him in action as his knowledge and conscientiousness to details demonstrate itself. He goes the extra mile to not only bring the current assignment to a successful conclusion but also resolves a few other niggling issues. He is an absolute credit to coral windows and long may it continue.

We are very satisfied with the finished conservatory. We have been very impressed by the staff in the offices and the tradesmen involved in the construction of the conservatory. We would have no hesitation in recommending Coral.

This is the 2nd time that we have had coral windows, first time front door and on this occasion replacing patio doors. Was kept informed of any change of date due to COVID, arrived as told quick efficient and tidy work great friendly fitters. From the salesman at the beginning price was agreed within our budget. All in all a professional company with a name you can trust and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as I have already done so.

Scott Dyson, Corals Sales Representative first came to see us, a fantastic, friendly guy who has a great eye for design and knowledge of Corals products. Through his design, our cold, plain conservatory has gone and in its place is a solid roof with two roof light windows, new windows, and doors. One window has been either able to tilt or fully open, a total wow room. It’s so warm that we can use it all year round in fact we’ve never used it so much😃. All the tradesmen who worked on the varying installation parts of the conservatory were truly professional friendly people and also it’s added value to the property. The surveyor fell in love with it 😃! We loved the service and quality of the Coral products and we had Scott quote for all the windows and doors to be replaced, again even when poorly he still offered great ideas and advice over the phone. The doors are so solid no wonder they are burglar-proof! The quality of the windows and doors are excellent I cannot recommend highly enough. There was a great range of products to choose from to achieve your personal style. You’re kept informed all the time throughout the process from sales, surveyors, office team and the professionals fitting - nothing is too much, they go over and above to ensure 100% customer service.

We've never bought windows before so did some research & got quotes from a few companies. We also read the Which magazine review that recommended Coral. The quote from Coral wasn't the cheapest but we felt reassured by the Which review & so placed an order. We were called with an installation date which worked & was told they would arrive after 1pm. My husband is a shift worker so this worked with his shifts. The fitters arrived around 11am, which was inconvenient as my husband was still asleep after his night shift & also meant I hadn't had a chance to clear the space. The fitters started prepping outside whilst I tried to sort out the rooms & wake my husband. They started fitting the windows & were professional and polite. I noticed that 2 of the windows had trickle vents in the sash which were not meant to be there, but the fitter said that he'd write some notes on the job sheet & I'd get a post-installation call to discuss getting them replaced. Windows were finished to a good standard & the mess was cleared & tidied away. The windows were fitted on June 18th & on July 20th I still haven't had the post-installation call to check I'm happy with the windows. We appreciate that sometimes not everything goes to plan, but we would rate companies on how they handle the situation when things aren't quite right & so far it's been radio silence from Coral. We're undecided about using them again but if the windows had been right we would recommend them.

The guys turned up at around 9:30am to do a full house fit of windows and windowsills. My original understanding on this was it would be a couple of days worth of work but everything was completed by 3pm, including all tidying up and rectifications necessary. Windows are top, top quality and already making such a huge difference. Professionalism and care of their work is top priority and you can see this through the work they do. Cannot recommend highly enough, will definitely approach again for any future works required.

The men worked well together and completed the job in good time - They cleaned up properly when they had finished. Doors look great and excellent quality. I am delighted with the whole experience and the difference it has made to my room. Would recommend Coral.

From start to finish we are more than happy and impressed with our new door. We will most certainly recommend Coral door/windows following our experience with the company and will use them in the future.

Right from the initial consultation I found the staff to be very approachable and informative. There were no pushy sales tactics or pressure (unlike other companies I had contacted) just lots of useful information and a very reasonable price. I was kept fully informed throughout the order process with regular updates from the customer service team. The fitter was punctual and did a great job leaving no mess. He explained all the operation and care before he left. The new door looks great and I love the safety of the ultion locks used.

Purchased a new conservatory roof, floor and electrics (interior and external) from Coral. Work was due to start on 30/3/21 for 4 days, but on the first day of my annual leave, they phoned at approx 9am to say they would not be coming until the following day, and gave a revised estimate of 9 days for the work (this finally completed on 14/4/21). Work was not carried out safely. They left live wiring on the ground outside, which blew the lights when it rained. They left internal light fittings full of dust and debris (another hazard, fortunately it was noticed while painting). The trunking for the external wiring fell down within 2 weeks, and they have caused damage to the existing window frames, as well as leaving rubbish all over the garden (screws, plastic, wires, light fittings). Communication has been really poor, I've had to chase every step of the way, and I'm still awaiting a resolution to of the repairs. If I can spare anyone else this stress and heartache I would say avoid this company at all costs. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>UPDATE 08/07/2021<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Remedial works undertaken and complete.

Had a back door fitted from start to finish was very good. Good price. All work was completed as scheduled and the fitter worked in a very tidy way, very pleased with the door and will use again for other doors

I was very impressed with the entire process, from choosing and ordering the door, through to the fitting. Great communication throughout, to check that appointments could still be met, and I'm so happy with the door itself too.

Having reviewed the potential suppliers for new windows, I was most impressed with the response to my initial enquiry from Coral. The initial meeting with the salesman was an education and my perceived ideas for the type of windows changed. Had I gone along with the other companies suggestions, I would have been disappointed. Coral's man took the time to explain the best option. The subsequent survey was also very through and the windows fitted very well. The three fitters were great to work with and fitted all 26 windows in just two days. No mess, no fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending Coral, good value, high quality and they do what they say they will. What more can you ask for?

Coral completed our windows 5 years ago and was great. Got an easy quote for 2 doors and installation was sorted and carried out quickly and smoothly. Would use again and recommend.

Since we moved into the property in 2007, everything we needed doing, new doors, new windows, new conservatory we booked Coral & we were so impressed & pleased with the work that they have now been back to do any other doors or work we have needed doing! They are reliable, very helpful, very trustworthy. You feel valued & that you are getting the best offer they can give you, to the point now we dont even look at any other prices & that in itself speaks volumes. All the staff, from the people manning the phones, to the fitters are polite, well mannered & great ambassador's for the company too, the work site has always been left in immaculate condition- its that good this time I even forgot they had been to do the new door! If they say they will be there, they are & if there is an issue, they tell you in good time too! We have used Coral Windows in the past and have always been very satisfied with all aspects of the service they provide. On this occasion we have had bifold doors fitted to our extension. Everybody involved from the initial salesman to the fitters who did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the finished product. We would always recommend Coral because they are reliable professional and provide an excellent hassle free service.

Very happy with my new windows. I was surprised when only one guy (Paul) turned up to do the job by himself however he cracked on with it and I just made sure he was supplied with coffee to keep him going. His son Jake was with him the following day to finish the job off and they both did a great job. They used dust sheets throughout and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a 5 star job. I’m awaiting a new door which will be fitted in March and hoping that will also be a 5 star job. I can’t comment on after care yet as they’ve only just been fitted but I’m keeping my fingers crossed there won’t be any problems with them.

We ordered a new back door for our kitchen and the consultant arrived on the day and time arranged - observing Covid protocols - and explained the procedure very clearly for us to make our decision and place an order. Due to printing issues he only had one brochure to show us which was fine. He made recommendations regarding suitability but left the design entirely up to us. We placed the order and were given a date for the installer to complete a pre-fit survey and once again the operative was very competent and polite answering any queries we had at the time. We checked the payment method on the paperwork left by the surveyor and rang the office to confirm that we were paying by credit card and the limit we were told was up to £5000 not as printed on the paperwork which said £1000. Following up we had a phone call confirming our delivery and installation date which was again kept to and we again asked for confirmation that the credit limit was still £5000.The drivers did have an initial issue actually finding our property but when they started the work they did not stop at all. We stayed in the living room keeping our two greyhounds occupied while the fitters got on with their work. The lead installer then knocked on our living room door to tell they were done - my goodness what a cracking job they have done!! The actual product looks far better than the brochure!!! The kitchen was vacuumed by the fitters and left clean and tidy. Very efficient service from start to finish.

Not the cheapest quote but the only one I trusted. Also the only one offering A+ standard windows. I was kept informed and everything happened on time. The day for fitting was not the warmest however neither was it the wettest (that came the next day). The guys arrived on time and immediately assessed the job and started. They kept the areas as clean as possible. The job was completed in the time quoted, the area was cleaned and they left. The windows (glass) could have been cleaner (outside).
