The work was to fix a leak in boiler pipework and fix a leaking bath tap. What was unique was that one job can be classed as gas heating whilst the other is basic plumbing but he would do both at the same visit. Then he also came in the evening even though he'd been busy with other jobs during the day. When he realised he'd have to completely replace the tap he went off to the plumbers' supplies just before they shut and came back to complete the job. Both fixes are very good and the price is very competive

Old washing machine removed and new one installed. Also had small job done on gas boiler. Has had other small jobs done by trader. Also very tidy and made sure workspace was fully cleared up.
