I wanted to install a storage system to work in parallel with my solar panels, to provide energy when the sun goes down and to provide back-up in the event of a power cut. I chose Naked Solar because I had used them before on an earlier job. Naked Solar recommended a Tesla system, which they installed recently. The system itself reeks of quality and the installation was carried out on time and with great care and attention to detail. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I needed an inverter replacement - the company who did the installation went bust so I approached naked solar. All contacts from call handlers to installers was prompt and polite, and the team also helped with some other residual problems I had been left with. Woukd recommend wholeheartedly.

Throughout the process all the Company employees involved with the installation were professional, diligent, patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The agreed project plan step by step was completed to time, the end product is working well, I would recommend them to anyone considering a similar installation.

During a period of shortage of equipment, Naked Solar made me feel that I had not been forgotten. My inverter failed in late July and they were finally in a position to fit a replacement at the beginning of October. An appointment was made and everything went ahead in a straightforward manner. Every person I spoke to was very helpful and never did anyone have any difficulty in knowing about my case. They were all cheerful and it was a pleasure to deal with them

Naked were patient waiting for our planning permission to be completed which took a while . They honoured the original quote despite the delay. The install was over three days with day1 completing works on the roof,and days 1.2&3 with an engineer doing the internal works. All was done tidily and the scaffold was also used to paint the house. The system works well and has demolished our summertime power bill having produced over 654kwh so far 37% of which we have used and the rest gone back to grid. Typically the smart meter billing is now a few pennies a day plus standing charge so guess we will make major savings when our existing tariff ends and the price rises kick in. My only complaint is the poor level SEG payment of 5.5p kwh from our buyer Scottish Power which seems pathetic considering they sell our energy on for a much higher price, it would far more fair to get credit against the energy we buy against the energy we export to cancel each other out. We still hope the system could pay for itself in 5 years once our new tariff bites deep next winter, time will tell.

Naked Solar replaced our inverter quickly and efficiently. They provided a very high level of customer care and service.

This job was to add a 'myenergi' / 'eddi' to my solar and battery system for hot water system. They had previously fitted additional solar panels and Tesla battery. All work was done promptly and effectively by an expert and cheerful team. Very happy with the results (and energy savings!)
