I’d successfully used Steve a few years ago for a problem with my previous computer, so when the time came to replace it, I thought I should give him the chance to quote for building me a new one. What particularly impressed me was the time he spent understanding my priorities and needs, and explaining the pros and cons (and likely costs) of various options available to me. This made me feel confident that the specification we’d agreed would suit me perfectly, without paying more for unnecessary extras. The icing on the cake was that, after quoting 7-10 days to source and build the machine, he rang me the following day to say it was ready for collection! It’s performed very well so far, and I’m comfortable in feeling that I’ve got a knowledgeable and helpful person nearby should I need any advice or problem-solving in the future. I’ve always bought big name brands before, but feel very happy to have supported a local business which has demonstrated A1 customer service. Top marks all round.
