We had 5 windows replaced, 4 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor. The Crest Windows and Conservatories team were excellent. They worked in a clean and tidy way, and left the work areas immaculate. They arrived when they said they would. Prior to the installation Colin the salesman was knowledgeable and prompt. We recently had all our windows and doors changed. We got our quote in November 2020, but due to covid, we got them done in March 2021. I can't express how happy I am with them. From the first quote to the finish, the service and communication was outstanding. The guys worked quickly and was very tidy. They worked well as a team. I would highly recommend crest windows, without a doubt. Thank you so much. I was also extremely pleased with the price, and I don't feel as though I've been ripped off.. Definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

Gary built our conservatory when we first moved onto the island and made a fantastic job. So for some advise I rang him about my roof, as to my luck him and his brother now work together and his brother is a roofer, they came around took a look and to my delight booked the job in for me. They came around and after stripping the tiles off made me aware of just how bad it was. then set about the repairs. Kept me well informed as to what they were doing as it went along. Finished the job and it looks wonderful and a professional job, clean and tidy all the way through. I was expecting to pay more as the job was more involved but NO it was the price Gary had quoted and very reasonable as well. I would trust Crest implicitly a fantastic company with a trustworthy family business. Thank you Gary and team. well done.

I am so pleased with the work carried out by Crest. From the initial meeting with Colin, through to scheduling the work and the completion of work, they've been great. They're punctual, polite and friendly. The work was completed to a high standard and was left clean and tidy each day. Their price was very competitive too. From the beginning when Colin came to our home and we talk through which 3 windows and guttering needing replacing to the work being carried out, nothing was too much trouble. Their work was quick, neat and of excellent workmanship. Extremely happy and satisfied with the work and neatness and cleared away all rubbish. We will certainly use them again to replace other windows and would highly recommend them.

I have used Crest on a number of occasions to replace my windows and I have always been very happy with them. They have just replaced my front door and I'm thrilled with it. They had to delay the job because the door was not ready in time but they contacted me on a regular basis to update me. They arrived at exactly the time they told me and the job took exactly the time they had promised. They even did a minor repair job on another door without me asking them to. A good company that I am happy to recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Colleague came round with a catalogue and helped me pick out a door, which was then measured and ordered. Fitting date booked in advance and fitter arrived promptly on the day. Good quality work provided and they cleaned up thoroughly after. Fantastic.

Crest were recommended to me by my daughter. They replaced an original 1930s door with a composite door, replaced two kitchen windows and replaced glass in three sections of two upstairs windows. The door is beautiful, fits well (unlike the 1930s door, which had gaps all round it) and is secure. The windows are great and look so much better than the originals, which were not the right size and had ugly cement beneath them to cope with the gap. Gary and his team used extra bricks to deal with this issue. They even adjusted another door (nothing to do with my order) as it was sticking. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the competitive price, the helpfulness of those involved at every stage from initial discussions/ordering through to fitting. The company were recommended by a neighbour and fitted new soffits, fascias and guttering. The work was completed sooner than expected, and the team worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up each evening and left the site neat and tidy, taking all the rubbish with them. All of the workers were very pleasant and polite, and the work looks great. We are very impressed and would unreservedly recommend the company.

Crest replaced 4 sealed units in my windows and 4 panels in my porch. They also repaired the threshold on my front door. They were reliable, friendly and very professional. Quick and tidy work. I wasn't sure if my windows could be repaired but it seemed nothing was a problem for them. They were recommended by neighbours who I know have had good work done and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Crest were recommended to me 15 years ago and we have called on them ever since for replacement windows and glass in old windows. The owners are hands-on and work alongside their staff. I have recommended them to several friends who are also delighted with their work. Whilst not the cheapest Crest always come out as well priced compared to the big Nationals. What is more they return calls within hours and one speaks with the same person each time so there is no question of being passed an organisation.
