From the quote through to installation it was a smooth process, I was kept up to date during this time and Steve was always available to answer questions. Both the installers were excellent and the product is very good. There was a slight issue with one of the panes of glass but this was replaced very quickly and without question. The whole experience was worry free and I would definitely recommend Cristal Windows.

We had aluminium/PVC sliding patio doors removed and replaced with a new set. Steve was very informative as we went through the options and quotation process. The installation team were very competent and between them sorted out any issues due to installation in an older building. Focused, tidy and cleared up the patio and internal spaces before leaving. I would recommend Cristal for a good value , well executed job and communication.

I would highly recommend Steve Cornish and his team. They are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and provided a great quality service. I contacted them as they are local to the area and the prices were very competitive compared to other bigger local companies. Delivery and fit was surprisingly quick as I was expecting a delay due to COVID. The fitting team of Steve and Dennis were fab. Very professional, tidy, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, explaining to / consulting with me on fitting issues. I am very pleased with the windows and door - I could see a difference from day one. I would use Cristal again.

Steve Cornish and his amazing team are very professional, friendly and helpful, after getting quotes from 2 other window companies we thought Cristal Windows was the best overall/most competitive and we liked the fact they were a local company. Despite delays with supplies, etc... due to Covid which we expected (Steve kept us updated) and the incredibly challenging weather from the start of the work (rain, wind, snow etc...) our installers Steve D and Denis did a fantastic job, we were very impressed with their work ethic and determination to get things done properly/right, we are also very pleased with the new windows, they look great. We would highly recommend Cristal Windows.

Steve Cornish was professional, friendly and provided excellent advice. The quote for the new patio doors was very competitive. I felt I could trust Steve and placed my order. Given the difficult times during the Covid pandemic there was a minor delay in Steve’s supplier providing the new doors but he kept me well informed and the doors were installed within a few days of their delivery to Cristal. The installers were courteous, friendly and and did excellent job. I am impressed and felt this to be ‘old fashioned’ service. I feel comfortable in recommending Cristal to others.

Completely happy with everything. This company owned this moment and this industry. Provided with a competitive price, measured the work & shared details prior to ordering, installation was explained on a step by step basis, quality checked by senior staff just before finishing, courteous, clean, punctual, good time management. Overall, high standard and very professional. No 'cowboy' mentality. Everyone pulled their weight to provide a first rate service. Well impressed, and enjoying the views tremendously.

We were exceptionally pleased with the quality and workmanship in replacing all the windows and doors in the house (fifteen different units including two bay windows and french doors), to the quoted price. Steve Cornish was very professional and knowledgeable in offering advice as to the issues relating to the fitting, and Steve and Chris, the fitters, did a superb job in addressing various issues arising from the installation of windows and doors into a 1930's house whose construction presented various problems. An issue which arose with the design of part of the french door construction was immediately resolved by having the parts remade at no extra cost. Steve Cornish regularly appeared on site to oversee the installation. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, all rubbish was removed from the site and care was taken to keep dust to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cristal Windows, Doors and Conservatories.

From the first visit Steve Cornish was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave us lots of good advice. All the dates suggested were met. Steve (the fitter) did an exceptional job and they were both very helpful when we had a few issues with unlocking the doors. Cannot fault the service and attention to detail.

I needed 5 new windows (3 bedrooms, lounge and landing) and a new back door. Cristal fit a quality product, and their quote was competitive for the quality. Fitting started on the proposed date and was completed in 2 days with minimal disruption and mess despite the inclement weather throughout. I am pleased with the result and would use them again.

The job was to replace existing upvc door and side panel and replace with new composite door and side panel. The work commenced on the agreed date and took one and a half days within the price quoted. The work was carried out with great attention to detail and the site was left clean and tidy. A few days after completion the Managing Director, Steve Cornish, called to inspect the work and deliver the final bill. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We have recently had a new front door and windows fitted. The order changed several times but this was always the result of Steve offering newly-available products or additions and taking great care that we had exactly what we wanted. Steve was very patient in looking at every alternative and went above and beyond what was expected. Craig was a stickler for detail when fitting the door and windows so the job was very well done. To top it all, Cristal Windows was very reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We had 23 windows and exterior doors fitted together with all the soffits and facias. It took a lot longer than any of us thought it would but the workmanship did not tail off during the time. All aspects were fitted to a high standard with very good workmanship and plenty of involvement with us over options issues etc. Extra work was identified and then carried out at the same time. Several final inspections and no observation too small. Thank you to all the staff for making this a decision that we are pleased we took. We spent £40,000 so it was a lot of money but worth every penny.
