I’m Chris from CSM Electrical, I have over 20 years of experience in many different aspects of electrical work. I’m located in Sprowston covering all of Norwich and the surrounding areas. I can help you with anything from minor socket / lighting alterations to full rewires / inspections and everything in-between. I can also help with smoke / heat alarms, data points and tv points. Although my typical working hours are Monday - Friday 0730-1730 if you have an emergency outside of these times please don’t hesitate to get in touch and I’ll do what I can to help. Chris has provided electrical work for our bathroom renovation, a replacement to our consumer unit, and most recently replacement and fitting of additional plug sockets. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He identified issues during our bathroom fitting and gave options on how to resolve the issues. He identified some potential dangerous electrics and has resolved these. He is always neat and tidy and is friendly and considerate when turning off power or making noise. Chris would be our first choice for any future electrical work.

Chris supplied and fitted new external lights to front and rear of house. A new digital time clock was fitted in garage to operate a lamp post light in the garden, the bulb was found to be faulty - Chris called in the next day to fit new bulb. All work was carried out carefully and old materials cleared and removed for disposal, I am completely happy with the work.

I had a new kitchen installed. The work completed by Chris was done quickly and efficiently. I was informed along the way what was being done so there was no nasty surprises. He went over and above on the day he completed the lights etc for my new kitchen. Staying far later than he first thought without charging me extra. A really nice man.

Chris has always gone above and beyond, given advice when needed, is always very reliable when booking dates to get work done. He's obviously very busy but never lets us down. If he finds more things that need doing along the way, he sorts it there and then, goes to source more equipment if required, or confirms a return date before completing everything else. Thorough quotes beforehand, which are always right. Prompt invoices. I would trust him with anything in our house. And also v good at entertaining the kids and very patient, when they want to ask him endless questions about his work
