Morgan (admin) was polite and quick to get my issues sorted with the alarm and CCTV. Issues caused by changing the router. Kyle (remote engineer) was excellent at sorting out problems caused by others. Highly recommended.

The engineer arrived within the time scale given, which was a broad window 1-5 pm but he apologised for keeping me waiting, which I assured him he hadn’t. He was friendly and very thorough and explained what he was doing and what he found as we went through the service procedure. He took his shoes off on entering the house which again was thoughtful and much appreciated. We had a brief chat before he left and as already mentioned he was friendly and a good advert for your company. Ne hesitation using your services again.

Very attentive and helpful advice and customer service from Morgan at the CSN Services office. Great communication also both pre and post alarm service date. Service Engineer Ted attended the house right on time and did a thoroughly professional service of the alarm system. Always good to get a satisfactory report on the battery power back up too. Kyle the engineer was very good & efficient, he was friendly but also professional. Morgan in customer services was also polite & friendly, she was experienced & knowledgeable.

An email was sent to CSN after a leaflet drop. Quick reply & appointment for someone to come & inspect the old alarm. Ted duly came to inspect & as a consequence of his advice new alarm system was installed. All paperwork, etc., received promptly & dealt with efficiently by Morgan. Would highly recommend CSN.

The CSN engineer called to disconnect an old burglar alarm service and to provide an estimate of the cost of replacing the alarm system with a more modern version. All was executed quickly and efficiently.

I have been using CSN now for just over a year. During this time I have had nothing but Excellent Service from them. From my initial contact through to completion of the work, every step has been faultless and without issue. The lady I have recently dealt with (MP) was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable making it very easy for me to arrange for the required work to be completed. Communication throughout was also excellent from MP. The Engineer/Technician who recently attended (EB) was again very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for him and his work was perfect. I have no reservations in recommending this Company to anyone who requires work on their Alarm/Security System. Great service - unfortunately our old alarm system developed a problem which could not be resolved so CSN installed our new system in rapid time. The installing engineer Kyle was a fast, efficient and tidy worker and explained everything.

Joe from CSN updated our intruder alarm. Great advice, update to system, tidy work and then training on the new system. Great people to deal with from initial contact, quote, scheduling and then engineer on site.

CCTV was installed at my home. The cameras are installed under my guttering into the soffits. Looks like they’ve always been there. Really neat and tidy. Wiring goes into my loft and as if by magic the hard drive and CCTV unit is hidden in a cupboard in my home office… they even hooked it up to my TV! Kyle and Joe worked great as a team. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Talked me through the plan. Made sure I was happy and understood. They were very polite, and professionally dressed and kept the place clean and tidy. They talked me through how the system worked, set it up on my TV and my phone. Set up the schedule I wanted. Couldn’t ask for more. I spoke with Paul who is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Christine worked around my diary and the school runs and booked me in for a day and time that suited me best. Absolutely over the moon with the service from start to finish.

Kyle came to our address this morn 10th Feb, he was a very pleasant young man who dealt with the problem we were having and explained everything as he was doing it. He was a lovely well mannered young man who I would have back to my home anytime.

Brilliant service. The lad was helpful, patient, polite, tidy, and didn’t complain once when he had to access the box via an area that was semi blocked off. He even left it all as he’d found it which I was impressed with. Also impressed that he fixed the alarm professionally. Thank you.

Very efficient from the start called in the office on Friday morning surveyed later same day and quote agreed job ordered on the Monday and fitted on the Wednesday .Kyle the engineer very competent and professional with his work.

From my first contact with CSN Services to discuss CCTV installation, I have been extremely impressed with their customer service. Due to my husbands ill health and regular hospital appointments I needed the installation to be done as soon as possible to fit in with my availability. Alison in the office, was very considerate and helpful and arranged everything around my circumstances. The survey of the property was carried out within days of my contact and an installation day arranged. The engineer Kyle and his apprentice, (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) arrived on time and they were both friendly and courteous. Kyle fully explained what he was going to do and made recommendations about the best place to position the cameras to get maximum coverage. The work was carried out very efficiently and timeously and they cleaned up after they had finished. Kyle took time in installing the monitoring app on to my phone and IPAD and left me written instructions which were easy to follow. The whole experience was positive and I would definitely recommend CSN to others.

I should like to thank everyone at CSN Systems involved in the recent upgrade of my Intruder Alarm System (including Alison & Chris -Admin) for their hard work, professionalism and excellent customer service during the week beginning 4th February. Particular thanks to Ted - the Electrician (Installer) who was exceptionally helpful throughout, keeping me informed of progress, providing advice and leaving everything tidy on completion. His exemplary work ethic & attention to detail were admirable & reassuring. He also demonstrated patience in explaining the finer details of the job (in layman’s terms)and gave helpful advice during discussion. Once the installation was complete he helped me set up the wifi App, provided me with the instruction pack booklets and demonstrated the device operations where required. I am delighted with the completed upgrade and doubly pleased as a customer at the overall prompt and polite attention I was given throughout. I am also very comforted in the knowledge that I now have a excellent quality home security system installed. The guys were terrific not only did they install my CCTV they asked if they could help with anything while they were here. They lugged an incredibly heavy package into my bedroom and sorted out my new digital clock. Such good service

Richard arrived on time, was very polite and efficient. He advised the appropriate locations for sensors and then fitted the whole system in a few hours and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. He explained the system, and the operation of it, extremely well. He also talked me through downloading and operating the Wi-Fi controls, which, being relatively simple to use, is a boon. Complete control from wherever I happen to be. I highly recommend this company and their product, not forgetting their personnel. Top class.
