I asked an AI to recommend a locksmith to me based on reviews about the quality of its service and its professionalism. I emailed to ask for a quote, and I was only able to give vague details of the problem. I got a quick, comprehensive reply setting out the possible issues and approximate costs. I had really clear communication about when they would arrive. They were very professional and talked me through how they would diagnose the problem, and then they clearly explained the work they'd done and why. The price was really reasonable, and there was no suggestion of trying to upsell or do unnecessary work. The front door now feels brand new. I was really happy with the work and the service, have saved their number, and will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.

We've been putting up witrh a bad install on a couple of bifolds / locks, finally got round to calling Danny back after being super impressed with first problem solved. Amazing, utterly amazing... Danny takes the time to explain in detail and with sympathy and also takes real pride in his work. Unlike some, he is willing to listen, discuss and help select the right option without throwing money at a problem and hoping. Nice to see someone actually bothering fix things properly these days. He treats the doors/ windows / locks as if they are his own = perfect.

Danny came to fix a couple of broken locks that I was having trouble with. He diagnosed what the problems probably were correctly and gave me the options to fix them, which didn’t involve buying many components. He had all the spares he needed to hand so was able to quickly fix both doors. I am very pleased with the price and the results, Danny also adjusted the doors so that locking and unlocking now is very smooth.

Brilliant service from Danny. Our front door lock had failed in the closed position. He was able to provide a same day response and managed to drill out the failed gearbox and replace from the well stocked selection of spares available on the van. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and pricing was competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Danny and Cusworth Master Locksmiths.

We needed a new handle on a bi-fold door. Danny was extremely fast, friendly and polite. He attended our house within a few hours of our initial call, at the time we requested, removed the broken handle and fitted a replacement very efficiently. Danny was extremely professional and reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend.

Danny was very efficient and personable. He changed the outside locks of our new property, and came back after the weekend with the necessary lock for the garage door. All new locks are of superior standard than the original ones. One the second day, on our request, he checked all the other windows and patio locks and suggested solutions for all of them. We had full trust of his work and would recommend him.

Danny recently changed a broken latch on an internal door, serviced and adjusted a rear UPVC door, and change the cylinder on my garage door which was showing signs of wear. After I supplied photos of the locks in question Danny came with all the parts required and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently in a single visit. All doors now operate with ease which is a huge improvement to before. Full marks to Danny for such a friendly and professional service.
