We are situated in Stanstead Abbotts close to the Railway Station. We can also offer a collection and delivery service at no extra cost, in the local vicinity or collect you and bring you down to the garage.

I have always been a bit anxious putting my car in for a service or MOT but with DJ Garage Services I have total peace of mind. I know any work that is carried out is necessary and charged at a competitive rate. They always go the extra mile and even dropped me home and offered to pick me up the following day when my car failed its MOT last year. I highly recommend their friendly and very efficient service. Following an Engine Malfunction warning and loss of power I contacted D J Garage Services who were able to book me in for the following day. They identified that one of the fuel injectors had failed which they replaced. A new fuel return rail was also required which the main dealer could not provide until the following day otherwise I would have had the car back within the day. On collection I was advised that it was possible that one or more of the other injectors could possibly fail at any time. Helpful to be forewarned. All the team I spoke to were very helpful and straight forward. I considered the charge to be very reasonable. The car has been serviced from new by the main dealer but I will be using D J Garages in future.

Booked our car in for its first service, after being recommended DJ Garage Services by friends. This was during COVID so we managed to get it booked in within the week. They explained they would order in the genuine parts in advance and gave us a rough idea of the price. Dropped the car off first thing on the day and the car was ready by lunchtime. Detailed invoice, and only did the work that was required/requested. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend and return.

Very few garages inspire this level of confidences
When you take your car to DJ's you get a reassuring feeling that you're not getting ripped off. There's none of this "oh X needed doing" and "Y needs attention" and "Z is out of alignment", you get an honest assessment that you can feel confident in. They provide a great service & we'll definitely continue using them.

I have been using this garage for the past few years. They are professional, honest and the best I have ever known. My car that has been hibernating for the past few years have came out for a mot. As I assumed it needed few things doing to it. When they called me to say my car was ready I didn't ask about how much, what was wrong, all those anxious questions as I have complete faith. They do fantastic work in all great timely fashions depending on the need of ones transport needs. They certainly put the customers needs and musts first and their Darling dog provides the best customer care and entertainment.

I have used this garage for a number of years both when it was based in Ware and since it moved to Stanstead Abbotts. They recently carried out a repair and service for me which had been delayed (by me) due to the recent situation. All work was carried out with great professionalism (as it always is) and all communications frank, cheerful and honest (as they always are). DJ Garage Services were recommended to me by members of our family. Our previous garage had given up on solving an oil sensor problem on our Volvo C30 after several costly (for me) attempts. DJ took the trouble to contact Volvo Technical Services twice and fixed the problem same day. When we took the Volvo C30 in for a service and MOT, I mentioned that there had been an annoying knocking sound for nine years when driving on bumpy roads, but at least four garages (including TWO Volvo dealers) had been unable to locate the problem. DJ found the problem and subsequently fitted a new suspension part. It's now a pleasure to drive the car again. We will continue to use DJ - they have friendly and professional staff and have charged me fair prices.

During the past month I have had two older cars serviced and MOT'ed at DJ Garage Services, a problem with central locking system on a third car investigated and resolved, plus some headlight bulbs fitted. On all occasions the team there have been very friendly and professional. All the work was completed same day without any problems. I would have no problem at all to recommend this garage to anyone. Courteous, always keep you in the loop, clear explanations and choices, value for money, absolutely wonderful and first class service. This time it was a breakdown and I gave the garage zero notice, my car was recovered to them at 4pm, and they still managed to get everything fixed (plus the annual MOT and service completed!) by the end of the following day.
