A simple roof repair job was handled extremely well. Quick response, competitively priced, friendly, polite and very professional. They clearly knew their stuff.

I had to have my roof fixed after a previous roofer failed to fix it properly and refused to come back. I had to wait for a few months, but I have realised that the best tradespeople are in high demand. I was kept up to date with the timing of the works and updated as things went along. In the end I had to have the whole roof done, but I was provided with updates and information to allow me to decide what was the best action to take. I am very happy with the completed works and would use D&P again at the drop of a hat.

I was delighted by the work done and the team. From the get go there was no fuss, professionalism and real care from the whole team. I was more than happy with the work and the way we were kept in the loop as the job progressed. I'll be recommending D&P to friends and they are now at the top of my go to list.

We required several building jobs to be carried out on our property. New roof with guttering etc., re-rendering, replacement of lintel above front bedroom window and re-plastering of front bedroom. Obviously, this was quite a lot of work. However, D&P Roofing & Building Ltd were excellent throughout. Keeping us informed on progress and always on hand if we had any queries. All work completed to our satisfaction and everyone involved were very polite and approachable. We will be using this company again and highly recommend.

The team at D&P kept me informed throughout the process. Although I had some minor leaks I was in no hurry for the work to be completed so was happy to wait for them to get round to me. The quote was reasonable obviously with the caveat that they had based this on a set number of slates to replace. Unfortunately due to previous repairs and the thinness of the slates they ended up using more but the overall cost wasn't much more than quoted. Paul from D&P kept me updated with the progress of the work once they started and I am happy with the finished work. They left no mess and the roof and chimney pot s look good. I would be happy to use them again.

Great communication before work started keeping me informed re the start date. The work itself (dry ridge and verges) was fast and efficient and would recommend this firm to anyone.

I'd had work done by D&P roofing three years back so knew they did good work. I've just had complete re roof, porch roof to match and flat kitchen roof with new fibreglass materials. Excellent job done. All the roofers worked hard, turned up when expected and were polite and answered any questions or concerns of mine. Katie in the office was great to discuss matters with. All in all a good experience and wouldn't hesitate to employ them again.

D&P Roofing did an absolutely brilliant job for us. Workers were on time, professional and friendly and any queries we had were answered very helpfully and quickly. They talked us through everything in person, broke down the quote and were totally clear about the pricing. They cleared everything away when the work was finished and the roof itself looks fantastic and will last decades. I think they had to do an emergency fix midway through our job (they do roofing for hospitals etc.) - that was absolutely fine with us, but they had to leave a couple of materials on a small patch of lawn in the garden - because it was there for a few days the lawn dried out, and they replaced the small bit of lawn themselves. Couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their roof. Really friendly and professional team and very high quality work.

We have just had D&P install a new roof and are extremely happy with the service we received from the whole team. We received regular updates as to where they were up to and the next visits which was particularly reassuring. The job was completed in conjunction with building control which has passed to their requirements. A big thank you to all of the team.

We just needed some moss taking off a small flat roof and a single piece of guttering replaced along just one side of the house. A standard 3 bedroom semi detached house, nothing huge. They quoted us almost £700 and then tried to say that was just for the guttering when the quote says it was for everything. The explanation that they charge this because they are a company and have many staff etc was insulting. I've ran my own company before and unless that £700 is paying for someone else's housework that doesn't make sense. If you didn't want the job don't just price yourself out of the job and patronise the customer.
