Contacted Gas Heating and Plumbing to install a gas hob. They carried out the works on the day and time specified without any issues. Excellent and reliable service.

I’ve been using DA Gas since I moved into the area over 6 years ago… so multiple times, yearly for gas checks & most recently because of no heating. This problem was dealt with efficiently & cost effective as always. The company is honest & a real pleasure to deal with, which is a rarity in this day & age. Starting with the lovely Michelle in the office who is just wonderful at her job & definitely deserves a pay rise through to all the engineers who’ve been out to my property… notably Nick, Kane & Dave. Thank you all for the work you’ve done for me in the past & will do again in the future. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

We had a leak coming from the pipework for our shower and called D.A Gas, Heating & Plumbing Ltd to sort it. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Michelle in the office was a superstar. She organised the whole job and made everything easy. Dave arrived on time and kept me informed of what was happening throughout. He found the problem and fixed the leak quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend DA Gas; we have used them for a number of years. Michelle always calls to book the annual boiler service. This year, Dan arrived early following Michelle’s call to ask if it was ok to service the boiler (2 weeks) early as he was in the area. Dan is always polite, tidy, efficient, and replaced a valve after discovering our expansion vessel wasn’t working properly; something we were unaware of. This company is always honest and check with you before doing any unexpected changes or repairs. Michelle, in the office is always friendly and checks in before and after the appointment to make sure everything is ok. Thank you for all that you have done.

Respectful inside your property, and always thorough (I called for two issues & a third was discovered), you really couldn’t wish for a better team to sort your plumbing. I phoned Nikki at D.A.Gas regarding a small leak from my boiler. I explained that the leak was coming from the bottom of the boiler and was not effecting any electrics. My boiler was due to be serviced in several months. Nikki gave me the option to rebook an earlier service and have the problem looked at during the service. She also gave me the option for an urgent call out if I felt it necessary. The fitter serviced my boiler and fixed the leak without charging any extra cost than the service charge. No call out charge or charging for the leak.

I have used DA Gas on several occasions before. This time it was a replacement cartridge to fix a shower. As always great communication around booking and notifying about arrival. The plumber was friendly and courteous, the job was completed very effectively and cleanly. Again I was totally satisfied on all fronts.

DA gas came to service the boiler. Dave carried out the work in a professional and timely manner and was very knowledgeable. Have used DA gas many times and will continue to do so. 5 stars all round.

I had used this firm in the past so felt safe contacting them for an emergency call out after a gas leak was detected during the installation of a Gas Smart Meter, so that my gas had to be switched off. I was relieved to get an appt for later that day. The engineer quickly resolved the problem by capping the leak so that my gas supply could be reinstated. The leak was in a valve in the pipe work to a gas fire in my lounge. Photos were taken of this to order a replacement to be fitted at a later date so I can use my fire safely again. The engineer then thoroughly tested both my gas boiler and cooker to ensure there were no safety issues and both were working efficiently. He explained what he was testing for and reassured me that all was safe and well. He was polite, clean and efficient in the work he did, and I would be happy to use them again.

My son-in-law had an issue with the flowmeters on his underfloor heating and I had no hesitation calling DA GAS as I have used them before. The problem was diagnosed as the temperature control valve being incorrectly piped by the original installer. The pipes were reconfigured with the minimum of fuss and the system now operates perfectly.

My kitchen tap broke and I needed it sorting superfast. DAG organised a visit the same day. The engineer arrived on time with my new mixer tap. A really friendly professional guy who clearly new what he was doing. All sorted in no time at all. A pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend this company.

From the moment you talk with the officer manager Michelle to book the job in and then she calls after the job was done to check your satisfaction of the job is excellent.
