From the moment you talk with the officer manager Michelle to book the job in and then she calls after the job was done to check your satisfaction of the job is excellent. The boiler engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and a very helpful person. First class service all round wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. Third year on the trot I’ve used them.

I phoned Michelle of DA Gas Heating & Plumbing Ltd because my shower had stopped working, the earliest time I was offered was January 6th 2025. However, Michelle managed to fit us in for 19th December. the plumber arrived, a lovely fella who set to work and fixed a new unit in place. Our shower worked again. I cannot thank Michelle or the plumber enough the workmanship was excellent and very tidy. I would recommend DA Gas Heating & Plumbing Ltd to anyone and will certainly put them in my phone if work is needed in the future.

Came highly recommended and I can see why, fantastic from start to finish. Had a burst pipe in bathroom so phoned and although initially they had no availability within 3 mins had a call back due to a cancellation they managed to fit me in. within the hour engineer on site which was outstanding and unexpected. Engineer was polite, knowledgeable and professional at all times. work was carried out efficiently and tidily and I was informed the whole time as to what was happening and plans for works required so no surprises or hidden charges. Can’t thank them enough for sorting the issue in the manner they did, outstanding and would 100% recommend. 5 stars is the max I can give but worth even more👍

Been using DA Gas since they replaced our boiler. Used them for servicing ever since. Always prompt, always tidy, always scrupulously efficient. Can't fault them.

Had a new boiler fitted by these guys, they did a superb job, have had it serviced every year since by D.A.Gas. This year I asked to have a new thermostat replaced along with the service. I expected a £200 bill to drain the system and renew the valve. Instead the fitter took the valve off and managed to fix the problem with no extra charge.

Arrived within 24hours of call. Kane was friendly, highly competent and quick. He worked in a very confined loft space on a scorching hot day without complaint. DA GH&P are certainly my go-to plumbers.

I regularly use DA Gas for my annual boiler service and have always found them reliable and efficient. After this years service I engaged them to fit an outdoor tap to my property and was very pleased with the work, which was undertaken promptly as arranged. The engineer was polite and considerate during this work, and it seemed good value.

We used DA Gas to shut off the gas supply to our cooker as we are installing a fully electric cooker instead. I had the pleasure of having Dan visit me today to install a new water pump to my boiler. I have to say Dan was extremely polite and extremely courteous at all times. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending DA Gas for any kind of plumbing works needed again in the future. This is about my third time of using DA Gas and they always do exactly what they say on the tin without ripping you off.

DA Gas installed our new gas boiler 2 years ago and have subsequently carried out 2 annual services. I have no hesitation to recommend them. They have been competent, and professional throughout. They are well organised attending to fit the boiler and then for service appointments when they said they would and messaged me each time in advance to remind me and confirm they are on their way.There price for the installation was also very competitive compared to 2 other quotes I obtained. I'm very pleased with them.

Throughly recommend! Friendly and professional. Needed a new boiler and from quote to fitting we were kept informed (and reminded, which is excellent as my memory isn’t great) We requested it to be positioned slightly differently which was absolutely no problem. Was shown how to operate it and the wireless thermostat - really happy with everything and have already booked them to do more plumbing work :)

The mixer tap in our utility room had developed a leak and the hot water side was hard to turn on. Michelle at DA Gas arranged a replacement and Dan came out to do the work, which was completed efficiently and cleanly. All to budget and schedule - they are my go-to company.

I found a leak in the morning, 4 hours later it was repaired effectively and reasonably. Very satisfied great company!

Our system is fairly old and required some new parts but everything was explained, shown/pointed out and a quote given before carrying out the work which was helpful. The engineers were pleasant and helpful and I would recommend this company.
