At Daniels we pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. Our high staff retention levels and comprehensive technical training programmes mean our friendly team of expert technicians provide a consistently high level of after sales service and care to ensure that any customer who uses us, is delighted enough to remain a customer for life.
Our service managers Steve Berryman and Jim Sandford are personable and friendly and are always on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your vehicle. No work will be carried out on your car without consultation and as such all our customers feel assured that only work that is necessary has been undertaken. A full 25 point check sheet is provided after each job to inform our customers of any work that may be required in the future.
In our Parts department we carry a comprehensive stock of Parts and Accessories. If we haven’t got what you require on our shelves, in most cases we will be able to get it for the following day

I have used Daniels for many years, both for buying and servicing cars and have always been treated with exemplary professionalism and great kindness. The annual service prior to MOT was carried out very satisfactory and in addition tyres changed round to prolong their life. The total bill was not excessive. 2 months later on a cold morning, the car failed to start and following my call, Daniel's came promptly to start the car with a booster and checked the battery for which they made no charge.
