Originally took my PC in to be repaired after a hard drive failure, and Michael helped me to not only fix the PC but guided me through the customisation and construction of a new PC. The communication throughout the process was superb, the qork was done quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend Danntec and would go back myself.

Michael Dann collected my HP desk computer which, because of its age, was running very slow. At my request he removed the original hard drive and did an SSD upgrade, increased the memory, cleaned it all out and put all the original data back onto the new system. I was pleased he was able to complete this work in just a few days and was happy with the price I was charged. He kept me informed about the work and when he returned the computer to me. I have had work done before by Danntec and find him to be very friendly, easy to converse with and thoroughly trustworthy. He has also contacted me to make sure everything is running as it should be.

Michael removed Foxit Reader and installed Adobe Reader.he also installed his automatic update package including programms for Firefox,,Windows,Office,Emsisoft Anti Virus, Skype, etc. I have used Danntec for a number of years following a recommendation from a friend. He offers an excellent service and I would not hesitate to put his name forward to anyone who requires his expertise.

My mac wouldn't boot just a black screen with a slight noise of the fans, Danntec diagnosed the problem and replaced the graphics card also cleaned the mac. Wipe and rebuild of my mac. During the work a fault was found with the hard drive. This explained a number of problems I had been experiencing with my mac. The drive was replaced with a new solid-state drive.

Hard disk failed so disk replaced. Windows 10 installed, and other software updating done as suggested by Danntec to improve performance. Paid modest amount extra for completion within 24 hours, which was achieved (collection and delivery to home included). Result was a much better and faster computer with all data preserved. Charges reasonable. Very efficient service and excellent communication (without jargon) from Michael, who was a pleasure to deal with. I would be very happy to recommend Danntec to anyone.
