My Tom-tom died and I couldn't fix it through the Tom-tom site. Danntec offered a good service with no initial outlay but with an idea of likely cost. I gave the company my device and within a few days I got a progress report followed a couple of days later asking me to collect the Tom-tom. The cost was reasonable and the service excellent. Tom-tom now restored and, thanks to Danntec, properly backed up on my PC.

Requested that laptop be given a MOT to address problems I had come across and identify any others I had not. Mike discussed with me what he would be doing and gently and patiently (I am non-technical) went through the various other options of the service; i.e. reviewing hard-drive, installing new programmes, malware and reinstalling existing programmes that would need to be transferred back into the laptop. In addition, he recommended an appropriate battery replacement. He advised me as to the advantages and disadvantages of various options and quoted me four days for the work and kept me up to date with developments.

Lost emails found repairs done quickly and efficiently. Michael also changed receive/ send layout making it much easier for me to deal with. Michael is always quick to respond, extremely patient as I am not computer literate person. I am 80 years young, being linked with him has made such a difference to my life. I have got into a mess at times with the computer however I have improved with Michael's guidance.

Michael removed Foxit Reader and installed Adobe Reader.he also installed his automatic update package including programms for Firefox, Windows, Office, Emsisoft Anti Virus, Skype, etc. I have used Danntec for a number of years following a recommendation from a friend. He offers an excellent service and I would not hesitate to put his name forward to anyone who requires his expertise.

Danntec sourced and put together a new computer for me and transferred all of the existing material from the old computer onto the new one. They upgraded the system and added a good sound system and programmes to compliment my computer requirements. Their advice was knowlegable and speedy and the service very efficient.Even when i had one or two teething problems Danntec remotely accessed my computer and made all the necessary adjustments to rectify it. Very reasonably priced and totally trustworthy. The service is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Danntec several times in the past couple of years and it is now my first port of call if I have any IT problems. The two jobs that come to mind instantly are a Tom Tom sat nav which developed a problem when I needed it for my small haulage company, and an overhaul of my laptop. Both jobs done quickly, efficiently and were reasonably priced, and crucially, both are still functioning well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone
