Secured a fan and re-sited another fan. Sourced and replaced a graphics card, completed full dust out of the fans and heatsinks inside computer. I dropped my computer off at Danntec's work base, Michael told me he would be able to look at the computer and give me a diagnosis and cost of repair within 2 days. As agreed, I received an e-mail promptly giving me a full outline of parts, labour, warranty and cost. As I considered this to be reasonable, I gave my approval and my computer repair was carried out immediately and ready for collection the next day. I rang to check suitable time for collection, Michael was really adaptable, enabling me to collect before the beginning of the weekend. Michael e-mailed me a week later to check that my computer was alright. Michael has a really pleasant manner and has been really helpful. I feel that Danntec have provided excellent customer service and would be happy to use them again.

General computer service, remote repairs for e-mail, battery replacement & e-mail problems

I have used Danntec twice to repair problems with a laptop. As a not very confident or competent computer user, I was completely stumped when my laptop did not boot as expected. Michael and Nathan brought a 'dead' computer back to life. I am not fully computer literate, and after having several different diagnoses on my machine I decided to go to Danntec as they had previously repaired my Sat Nav and had it performing like new again. Instead of telling me to scrap it and buy a new one, they diagnosed and repaired the fault in a couple of days, at a very reasonable price and it is still working perfectly almost 21 months later. From now on I will not go anywhere else for PC and related repairs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who requires this type of service.

Danntec have carried out several repairs to laptops and desktop PCs for me over the past few years. They have always provided a quick response and have carried out excellent and very reasonably priced work. My current desktop PC was built from scratch by Danntec two years ago and I am very happy with its performance. I can thoroughly recommend Danntec for repairs and advice etc.
