David initially came out to quote for a new heating system for my elderly mother. He turned up promptly at the time arranged and was extremely polite and professional with my mother, discussing the various options available to her. He then went above and beyond and contacted me in the evening to discuss these options, but to also point out there may be government grants my mother would be eligible for, due to her age. (Other companies quoting had not mentioned this!). David talked me through the grant scheme and gave me some further information. In the end, we did not require to use David's company for the heating system as my mother did indeed qualify for a government grant. David came out to look at my broken boiler in the evening as he knew I was without heating and hot water. I thought he was only going to have a quick look to diagnose the problem and come back to complete the work another time. He arrived at my house around 8.30 pm and had my boiler back up and running within the hour. Can't thank him enough for coming out so late at night. Excellent work and a very friendly guy. Would highly recommend.

David and his team have done multiple fantastic job’s on my home over the last year. They’ve installed a bathroom, shower room as well as installing a new boiler and central heating system, with new radiators in my home... basically redone the full house! Throughout our renovation David and his team were always on time, compliant with all Covid regulations, completed works within the timeframes quoted and to an exceptionally high standard. Reliable, friendly, quick and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t recommend them more! Top class service.

We’ve previously used David’s firm for boiler maintenance and repair, and have always been impressed with the standard of his work and commitment to customer service. We recently contracted him to carry out a complete bathroom renovation project on my mum’s behalf and cannot praise him and his team highly enough for the quality of work carried out and for the friendly, professional manner that they demonstrated throughout. From the first moment of contact, to obtaining a quote and ordering materials, carrying out the job itself, and finally, following up with any after-care for the project, we couldn’t have been in better hands. Everything was clearly costed and dates were confirmed well in advance. Everything happened when it was scheduled to, and most reassuringly of all, when some of the inevitable issues that arise with a project of this type did surface, they were dealt with in a calm, professional manner - always with a solution in mind and with minimum fuss. The team were polite and friendly throughout, always ensuring that they left the property as clean and tidy as possible. David runs a great team and is personally involved in ensuring that his client is well looked after at every stage in the process. We can’t thank him enough. Mum is delighted with her new bathroom. We will most definitely use his firm again in future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team.

David and his team replaced my boiler, including moving it to a new location. Everything was completed in a day with no fuss or mess. They also did a couple of smaller jobs for me for free as they were in the house that day anyway - replacing a tap and a ballcock - I only had to pay for the parts for these. After they left, I had a small issue with my smart thermostat not connecting to the boiler, but David came out first thing the next morning to sort it out. Excellent service, I would highly recommended would definitely use this company again for any future plumbing or heating work.

David is a reliable and trustworthy plumber. He is very reasonable price wise and I felt reassured by him right from the start. I had a problem with the shower in a rental property. I had a plumber out before I called David...... who failed to sort the temperature problem. David spotted the problem straight away.... all sorted. Highly recommend.
