Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, tidiness, standard of work etc of David and Danny. Two panes of glass were broken in my front door, one of them badly enough to need immediate boarding up as well as later replacement. All along the service I received was excellent.

David did an excellent job replacing double glazing windows that have blown. From start to finish he was most helpful with a focus on customer service. David even fixed the hinge of my bi-fold doors without charging. I have some more double glazing windows that needs to be fixed and Homesafe Glazing will be the company I'll be calling again.

From start to finish Homesafe were excellent: at quote stage, Danny went out of his way to discuss different options and ensured I opted for the style and size that would really meet my needs. He took careful measurements to establish that the doors had to be delivered dismantled and then assembled on site. On the installation day, Homesafe arrived at the time agreed, kept everything in good order and then left the site clean and tidy at the end. Danny explained how to care for the doors and has responded promptly to my follow up questions. I was as delighted with Homesafe as I am with my new patio doors.

I had a second floor balcony door replaced. The quotation was carried out really quickly, and they couldn't have been more helpful. It was a difficult job on the second floor with very narrow stairs, and they considered lots of options for how to actually get the doors up to the room needed and they were so positive and solution focused. Everything was planned in the schedule I wanted, and then I had to push the date back due to other works being delayed, and they couldn't have been more accommodating and understanding! They were punctual on the day, and carried out the work quickly. They left the whole work area extremely clean and tidy. They couldn't have done more for us. The door looks wonderful and the service was excellent! Highly recommend!

Work was carried out without any issue and to a very high standard. Areas were left clean and tidy, a sign of a company that takes pride in their work! Would highly recommend Homesafe to others. David was at all times friendly, courteous and professional, communicating all aspects of the installation well. Quote was very competitive and at no stage did I feel pressured or that I was being ripped off, unlike other quotes I received from some of the 'big name' installers. Overall extremely happy with Homesafe Glazing & Locks.

Danny came to fix our front door, which was sticking. We arranged a time within a couple of days of my initial enquiry, and he did the work straight away (removing, planing and rehanging the door), much to the delight of my boys (1 and 3) who loved 'helping'. Would definitely use them again.

David surveyed and quoted for the work quickly and efficiently and worked well with me to complete the order. He and Danny fitted two bay windows, five other windows and a new front door. Very happy with all of the work and David was proactive in correcting what few problems arose with the delivered units. Always clean and tidy at the end of the day and even made some adjustments to existing doors that had been a minor irritation for years, free of charge while he was here.

Homesafe, arrived on time and did a thorough appraisal of the site to replace the existing doors with a new bifold. We discussed options and concluded a 3 part right side opening in white. We picked the higher quality lock. They installed and fitted per quote very tidy, polite and trust worthy. I was at the property at the time but I was comfortable with them accessing the inside of the house. The door was Orion good quality which is what we want. I would recommend this team to anyone looking at a bifold. Quote to installation was under a month.

Homesafe fitted two new doors for us, a front door and a kitchen/back door. They arrived on time, having confirmed the night before and fitted both doors to a very high standard. They also left everything clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation about using them again and would highly recommend their work.
