Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.
We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.
Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

From the first visit to give to give me a quote, right through to installation and follow-up, Danny and the team at Homesafe Glazing have been excellent. Danny took the time to answer all my questions, responding quickly on email and explaining the installation details and things to consider, which gave me the confidence to know I’d selected the right company to install my aluminium windows. On the day of installation, Danny and Mark did a fantastic job and even took the time to help out on an issue I had with my bi-fold doors, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this team as the quality of service and work was excellent!

We heard of HomeSafe through a friend who highly recommended them, and now, having personally used their services, we 100% would recommend them ourselves. From the beginning, David explained the choice of doors and his knowledge about each spec helped immensely when deciding. The communication through-out was also fantastic, from choosing the door to choosing a date for fitting. On the day, they were prompt, professional and importantly they were clean. The door looks amazing, and we’ve had many compliments on how well it suits our house. Very happy customers!

Our project was for a replacement window and a set of sliding doors. There are a number of local window suppliers in this area, but Homesafe Glazing are the best. From the first enquiry, the survey visit through to the installation, the whole proces was seemless and of the highest standard. (Local competitors didn't even show up for appointments we'd made! Others were less than thorough in their survey.) Thoroughly recommend Danny and the team at Homesafe.

Homesafe have a very friendly team who were able to guide us through design, material choice and budget in order for us to achieve a wonderful finish to our home. They are diligent and practical and extremely customer-oriented in everything they do. Whenever we wanted to make any tweaks they were able to pivot quickly to accommodate. Homesafe was recommended by close local friends as they had supplied and fitted a Front and Back Door for them recently. When we contacted Homesafe they clearly explained the options so that we had a good choice for doors to decide upon with the options we needed. The quote as agreed and delivery/install date confirmed. They arrived on schedule and did the install very efficiently and both tidied and consulted with us as the installation progressed. Very polite and professional throughout the job and ensured the installation meet our needs and expectations. Final invoice was paid after installation with no changes to original quote. One small issue after the install which was fixed very quickly.

We needed a couple of UPVC (leaded) windows replaced in our house. Danny & Marc were friendly, communication was swift and the work carried out was very professional and tidy. You can tell that the company really cares about their customer base. Highly recommended. (Note: We also previously had a sliding glass door and front door replaced. The experience at that point was the same as described above - hence we didn't hesitate to become repeat customers.)
