Homesafe Glazing and Locks are a local run business, based in Kingston Upon Thames, with over 25 years’ experience within the home improvement industry, providing a professional and friendly service to customers in Surrey, London and some areas of the South East.

We take extreme pride in providing an individual and personal service, have a great reputation within the local area and come highly recommended by our customers, both new and old. The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, one of the many reasons for this, is due to our high standard of workmanship and our customer care. We will always give honest advice and aim to provide the best product and services to meet your needs.

Unlike other home improvement companies, we survey for free - this means an experienced surveyor or engineer will visit with no call out charges. Carrying out a survey allows us to give you an accurate quote, so there are no nasty surprises. It also ensures our work is carried out to the highest possible standards.

Homesafe replaced our back bedroom and bathroom windows. Danny provided great advice at the quotation and answered all questions we had. The price quoted was very reasonable and the job was completed efficiently. They were clean and tidy and friendly. Everything went great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Homesafe have a very friendly team who were able to guide us through design, material choice and budget in order for us to achieve a wonderful finish to our home. They are diligent and practical and extremely customer-oriented in everything they do. Whenever we wanted to make any tweaks they were able to pivot quickly to accommodate. We are very happy with the finished works and would recommend anyone who wanted their windows or doors renovated to reach out to them for their advice!

Homesafe was recommended by close local friends as they had supplied and fitted a Front and Back Door for them recently. When we contacted Homesafe they clearly explained the options so that we had a good choice for doors to decide upon with the options we needed. The quote as agreed and delivery/install date confirmed. They arrived on schedule and did the install very efficiently and both tidied and consulted with us as the installation progressed. Very polite and professional throughout the job and ensured the installation meet our needs and expectations. Final invoice was paid after installation with no changes to original quote. One small issue after the install which was fixed very quickly.

We needed a couple of UPVC (leaded) windows replaced in our house. Danny & Marc were friendly, communication was swift and the work carried out was very professional and tidy. You can tell that the company really cares about their customer base. Highly recommended. (Note: We also previously had a sliding glass door and front door replaced. The experience at that point was the same as described above - hence we didn't hesitate to become repeat customers.)

We chose Homesafe after they were recommended by friends and we had received quotes from a number of other companies. They installed UPVC windows throughout the property and new front and back doors. We were given sensible, honest advice on the best windows for our property and a reasonable quote. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. They had a well planned time schedule and cleared up any mess thoroughly at the end of each day. The fitters were cheerful and friendly and happy to discuss how work was progressing. We are very pleased with the result. The windows and doors look great and are of good quality and well fitted. We would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to others.

This work of replacing windows was the second time I have used this company and the results were as good as the first. This speaks volumes for the excellent workmanship, scheduling and completion. This was achieved even in difficult circumstances when the supply of materials was at its worst.

We chose David on the basis of his excellent reviews. He replaced all the glass on our aged conservatory and some of our doors/windows. 32 panels in total. He did a great job. Our conservatory door wasn't locking afterwards but he came straight out and corrected it. Would definitely recommend his services.
