David, Danny and Mark were friendly, efficient and timely in their works. I liked their attention to detail and the way they explained everything that they were doing. All areas of work were left tidy at the end of each day. It was a real pleasure having a double glazing company you could trust - leagues ahead of the larger companies out there. Customer care was high on their agenda and I think coupled with this, good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and relatives and would certainly use them again for any other works that are window and door related.

Homesafe Glazing replaced my windows and doors: 10 windows, a composite door, uPVC door and a pair of patio doors. The whole experience was stress-free. The experience was uneventful from the beginning to the end. Most communications were over email with David who was very responsive. David patiently worked with me to quote for windows and doors to my particular specifications, including adding hinge bolts, supplying and installing magnetic door stops for the french doors and upgrading the lock cylinders all around. During installation, David and the team were tidy and efficient. They finished the job on time. There was very little decoration patch up required afterwards. (This was one of the comments from my builder when he saw the work afterwards.) There were a couple of delays caused by their suppliers which were outside of their control. I would definitely recommend it.

Prompt, polite and helpful from the get-go he helped us make decisions and he liaised with our builders to ensure we’ve got the best finish for our project. We were very impressed with how professional ethics the company was, from 1st meeting to installation, always turned up on time and followed up with emails really quickly. In total Danny & his team replaced 8 windows and 2 doors, also installing new fascias & soffits front and back. From the initial contact Danny was quick to visit, survey, measure up and provided a very competitive quote within days. No pushy sales talk nor pressure put on me. From the start, I could not fault their workmanship or professionalism throughout the whole process which only took 4 days. Every day they were punctual, polite & friendly. They tidied up at the end of each day, leaving the house even cleaner than before! Nothing was too much trouble - any slight concerns were answered straightaway and Danny sorted out a few minor issues promptly. I had to wait a few weeks for the composite front door to be ready for installation due to a lack of materials globally but Danny kept me well informed at all stages and I was happy to wait. I was concerned about having to redecorate afterwards but there was absolutely no need to worry - simply perfection. I am so happy with the end results and therefore have no hesitation in recommending Homesafe Glazing & Locks!!

The job was replacing a number of damaged window units and installing some trickle vents. Danny and his team were courteous, professional and efficient. They arrived on time, and were able to replace all the windows in a single morning - I had thought it might have taken longer. They were very tidy, and I’m very pleased with the results.

We are very pleased with our porch. David and his co-worker removed the old wooden frames and glass and replaced them with a fantastic new uPVC porch and composite door. We are really pleased with the result which makes a real difference to the house!
