We recently had an extension completed to the kitchen with a bespoke 3 pane sliding patio door. From the start to finish the design, installation and completion was faultless. I was so pleased with the initial installation of two windows that I had the remaining windows and patio doors of my second floor flat replaced. Having found this company through Which? Trusted Traders, I employed them to replace two windows suffering badly from condensation. Danny, one of the partners, measured up and noted that the windows were sticking slightly. I have a large, old conservatory on the back of my house and the French doors were in a bad state of repair. They needed replacing, but I was told it would be quite difficult to do, given the age of the conservatory. I saw Homesafe Glazing on Which? Trusted Traders website. They had excellent reviews so I contacted them. David came to have a look and said it could be done. He did a very thorough survey of the job and their quote I felt was reasonable. The new doors were fitted last week according to the time schedule and budget. They did an amazing job and the end result is far better than I expected it would be. The doors fit so well you would not know they are a recent addition. It’s given the whole conservatory a facelift. The two man team worked quickly and efficiently and left the site as they found it. I am absolutely delighted with the result and would definitely use this company again. I can highly recommend them. I needed some advice on whether to replace some windows, a set of doors and a rooflight. Homesafe Glazing replaced my windows and doors: 10 windows, a composite door, uPVC door and a pair of patio doors. The whole experience was stress-free. The experience was uneventful from the beginning to the end. Most communications were over email with David who was very responsive. David patiently worked with me to quote for windows and doors to my particular specifications, including adding hinge bolts, supplying and installing magnetic door stops for the french doors and upgrading the lock cylinders all around. During installation, David and the team were tidy and efficient. They finished the job on time. There was very little decoration patch up required afterwards. (This was one of the comments from my builder when he saw the work afterwards.) There were a couple of delays caused by their suppliers which were outside of their control. Homesafe replaced 3 ageing Double Glazing Units (not theirs) in different windows where the seals had gone and moisture and mould had got inside. The units were leaded and one was 'frosted'. The Units were replaced within a very short time and matched the remaining units perfectly. The work was expertly, efficiently, professionally and courteously undertaken and with the minimum fuss and bother. I have called on Homesafe before, in an emergency, and trust them completely. I am again delighted with the work they have done.

Prompt and efficient service. Very neat job. All rubbish cleaned up afterwards. Kept to agreed schedule and price. It it too soon to comment on any after-sales issues yet, but on a previous job for replacement porch doors, there was a problem with the lock becoming a bit stiff about 1 year after installation - I called them and they arrived the same day to make the necessary adjustment free of charge. So, very happy with their customer service - this was one reason that I was confident to use them again for the bathroom windows.

Danny came and quoted to replace 2x bathroom windows, patio doors, French windows and a bay window at the back of our house. The quote was reasonable ( & more realistic than quotes we’d had from a couple of the big name companies a few years ago) so we agreed the price and fixed a date. From our point of view everything went to plan, although I know our Edwardian house presented challenges to Danny & Dave. However, they dealt with everything and finished the work on time and to a high standard. We are very happy with the new windows & doors & only wish we had found Homesafe earlier. The FENSA inspector came to check on the quality of the work and he seemed very happy too.

I contacted Danny, and two other companies, to provide a quotation for a new front door. Living in a terrace of three, the front doors have to match. From the outset Danny was patient, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He wasn't pushy at all and encouraged me to seek at least an additional quote. He took his time to ensure that I was aware of the options and happy with my choices. He kept me informed as to the lead time and turned up punctually on the appointed date. Both men worked hard and finished in half a day. They left the site immaculate and were polite and personable throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending the firm - I cannot find fault at all.

Danny delivered an excellent window replacement for us. Quoting was quick (no upselling or faffing) and super-responsive. He took our concerns around COVID-19 seriously, was very clear about timings, costs and delivery. On the day the work was completed to a great standard, slightly ahead of schedule, and there wasn't a trace left behind. Really impressed.

Homesafe had installed patio doors for me last year so when I decided to look for a new front door I got in touch again. Called Homesafe due to a faulty window that could not be closed or locked. They were on-site within 30 minutes and secured the window until replacement parts were obtained. These were installed a few days later with the minimum of fuss and bother. Throughout Homesafe were kind, courteous informative and thoroughly professional. We had called on their services a few years in the past when their service was just the same. I cannot fault their excellent service and would recommend them to anyone wanting the reassurance of a quality service.

Needed to replace a wooden sash that was being rotted by heavy showering (we should've changed the window when we redesigned the bathroom!). After wasting time talking to the big name companies, we spoke with David at Homesafe. He was straight-talking which was much appreciated after the hard-sell and fast talk of the glazing salesmen and answered all my questions, even sending me a special sample finish. The job was completed efficiently with no mess or drama. They did a great job taking out the old sash without damaging the existing tiles (which had been huge worry as we had few spares) and the new window works beautifully and looks just as good as the wooden sash. We are completely pleased.

Even though the job was small, the level of customer service was excellent - polite, friendly and accommodating, and the standard of workmanship was high.

Homesafe Glazing replaced 5 old and rotting windows for me with UPVC windows on a Victorian terrace over 3 floors. David's timekeeping was very good to visit to provide a quote. He took time to explain options, prices and show me samples. He returned after the work was agreed to double-check all measurements. Danny and David were on time, very efficient, tidy, and polite. Although I am not confident about commenting on value, as I didn't have a comparison. I would definitely 100% recommend them on service.

Very pleased! I needed the windows at the front of the house replaced, which included two large bays where the wooden frames had rotted quite badly in places. When I needed to replace all of the 12 windows and door to my houseboat, I had no hesitation in calling Homesafe for a quote having had previous experience of their superb service on another job back in February. Once again they excelled on all counts - from arriving promptly to survey the job, preparing the quote, ordering the window units and pulling out all the stops to install the windows within a very short time frame just as I had requested. A small manufacturing error in one of the windows was dealt with overnight and it's replacement was supplied and fitted before noon the next day! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, tidiness, standard of work etc of David and Danny. Two panes of glass were broken in my front door, one of them badly enough to need immediate boarding up as well as later replacement. All along the service I received was excellent.

Danny came to fix our front door, which was sticking. We arranged a time within a couple of days of my initial enquiry, and he did the work straight away (removing, planing and rehanging the door), much to the delight of my boys (1 and 3) who loved 'helping'. Would definitely use them again.

Homesafe, arrived on time and did a thorough appraisal of the site to replace the existing doors with a new bifold. We discussed options and concluded a 3 part right side opening in white. We picked the higher quality lock. They installed and fitted per quote very tidy, polite and trust worthy. I was at the property at the time but I was comfortable with them accessing the inside of the house. The door was Orion good quality which is what we want. I would recommend this team to anyone looking at a bifold. Quote to installation was under a month.

This is a very unusual company due to the high standard that is delivered and professionalism they give. Fitting bi-fold doors to a new kitchen extension. From ordering to installation took less than 14 days which is really impressive considering other suppliers were quoting at least 6 weeks. The team at Homesafe were brilliant throughout the whole process and were very helpful when deciding which door and accessories to choose. They worked closely with my builders to ensure exact measurements and fitting was on schedule. They carried out the fitting and cleaned up the work site. The doors look amazing. Can't fault it. Care was taken to ensure that the design was exactly what I wanted and the specification was very clear when sent to me for approval. When the door had been made and was ready I was given a date and time for fitting. They arrived exactly on time. The old door was removed and taken away. The new door fitted exactly into the space and was very neatly installed. After installation, the area was cleaned, minor damage to the rendering under the door was repaired and all rubbish taken away.
